The general is straight ahead. I try to approach the general. I try to remain undetected. I silently fly above the general. I dive down towards the general, I pull out my knife and brace myself to attack. I attack, the general blocks my attack. I defend myself from the general's attacks. The general lashes it pincers and stinger at me. It's stinger pierce me as fast as the speed of sound. I barely dodge it. I use the time to attack while it regains its balance. I strike my knife, its block. I just scratch its shell. It charges towards me with its pincers. I barely dodge it,  it just scratches my face. Blood drip down my face. I rub my scar and prepare for my next attack. Its attack, its pincers attacking with lightning speed. I sway left and right trying to block and dodge. I find an opening, I sway to left and quickly duck under the pincers. I slide under it with my knife slitting its underbelly. Its stinger is in front of me and stabs my arm that is holding my knife. Infests aren't poisonous. My arm starts to bleed, I'm still holding the knife for dear life. The general falls into the void. This war is over, the general is gone. Victory is ours. I feel tried, and I feel my wings losing power. I close my eyes and start to fall. Everything is black.

I open my eyes to see me in a dark room. I try to look out of my bedroom's window to check the time. I turn to the left, I see no window. I realise that I'm not in my room.
"Where am I?" I ask myself.
I look around. It's kind of dark. I feel for my weapons, they are not with me. I'm in an unknown, dark place unarmed. I feel my secret pocket in my sleeve. At least I have the knife of light. I feel the ground. It's rough and cold like stone. I stand up, I walk around trying to feel the walls. The walls feel  cold and like death. A shiver runs down my spine. I heard a door opens and I finally see some light. I heard some footsteps approaching me.
"Who is there?" I questions.
I try to remain hidden in the darkness.
"It's me, Calvin."
He can't be Calvin, the last time I saw him was when I was in the warehouse.
"Tell me, do you have any siblings?" I ask.
"Yes, a younger sister called Amelia. She met you when you have lifeless eyes, as you gave up hope in your life," he replies.
I emerge from the darkness. I see him standing in front of me with a scar across is his face.
"Where am I?" I ask.
"At a secret location, so that the Infest won't capture you."
"What happen?" I ask.
"Your always full of questions, I don't blame you. Anyway, what happen was that you ran out of power and an Infest was going to capture you and win the war. I swoop in and save you."
I nod.
"Okay, now I'm in hiding."
He nods  There is an awkward silence.
"Um, why am I in this stone room."
He takes his eyes off me.
"Answer me." I plead.

"Look at your arm." He says.
I look down to see my arm, completely healed where I was stab.
"A half-blood like you have lots of power. For example; healing."
"Are you scared that I'll hurt you?" I ask
He looks away.
"I'll take that as a yes."
There is another awkward silence.
"How is Amelia?" He asks.
"She is fine. and my sister might be stress that I'm suddenly gone."
"Of course, she'll be." He snickers.
I heard a bash. I start to worry.

"I'll be back and remain quiet no matter what."

I nod.

He walks out of the door and  closes the door behind him. I sit in the darkness trying to process what I was told. I sit in the dark alone. Thinking about how what is happening out there, how is Amelia is doing and everyone is doing. I want to know. I feel frustrated, I feel a sudden urge to break out and be free. What is happening? I try to fight the urge to break that wall. A voice in my head keeps telling me to do so.

"If you can beat an Infest general, you can beat everyone. All you got to do is break that wall and be free." It whisper in my ear.
I feel tempted but at the same time I try to stay where am I. I stand up and feel so much energy and power flowing into me. I lost my voice of reasoning and pull my fist away. I heard the door open and someone grabs me. I push them away. I pull my fist again. I been tackle to the ground. I wrestle for my life, the attacker is not giving up he is putting up a good fight. But I am better.

"Daniel, snap out of it. Its the overwhelm of power controlling you!" My attacker says.

"Calvin?" I shake my head.
I keep wrestling him. I want to be free and defeat the Infest and prove my strength. I grab my attacker and throw him. He fly in the air and crash on the ground. I walk towards the door. I feel someone grabbing my arm and pin me to the wall. I struggle, but his grip me tightly. He punch me.

"Listen to me, you are better. Fight the power and control it."
"You shouldn't listen to him, he doesn't know what a half-blood's life is." It whispers to me.
I struggle and he still hold on.
"Remember, you are not a monster. You are the same as me and Amelia."
"Amelia?" I question.
He nods and smile.
"Don't listen to his lies, no one will understand you." It whispers.
"You're wrong! people won't understand you unless you understand yourself and let them understand you." I yell at it.

I see bruises on Calvin. I fall to the ground and start to cry.
"Calvin, I'm sorry." I cry.
"Its okay, this isn't the first time you experienced it though."
I nod.
"There was this time when I was mad at my uncle, I had lost my mind."
"Its okay." as he hugs me.
