A nervous smile settled on Louis' face as he sat down at the dinning table, eating breakfast with Zayn. They weren't roommates, but they lived next to each other, so Zayn would always somehow be at Louis' trailer with no reason.

The city was a very rich community, but Louis wasn't. He had to settle with a crummy old trailer that he paid monthly for about a year. It's not like he cares though. He's pretty happy where he lives and so is his cat, whiskers.

"What's with the frown?" Zayn asked as he took a sip of orange juice.

Louis shrugged. He's pretty glad that he lives a walking distance to a Walmart so he is basically stocked up with food and snacks.

"It's about your teaching position, isn't it?" Zayn asked.

"These kids are rich and I don't know anything about God," Louis admitted. The lad wasn't so keen on the idea of the Bible and working at a school where every single person worships god, he just doesn't feel right.

"Then why work there?" Zayn asked.

"Because it pays good. I can't just keep waitering, they don't pay enough for food," Louis sighed.

Money usually wasn't an issue since he lives in this cheap trailer. He got to save more money then he normally would if he was living at an apartment.

"I think you will do fine. You've been waiting for this, and now you got it," Zayn assured the lad.

Louis shrugged, "I'm not so sure this is what I want anymore."

The black haired lad scoffed, "as if. You wouldn't stop talking about it. You are just having second thoughts, that's okay."

Louis stayed silent. It wasn't often he felt so nervous, but he was now. He felt as if he was lower compared to everyone at that school.

He spent half his money for a new wardrobe that he didn't have enough to buy a new pair of shoes. He was stuck with his ratty old black vans he used for everything.

He picked on his eggs, suddenly feeling full. It might be the nerves he has, but he doesn't care right now. Today was the first day of school for him, and he just wants it to be the last.

Somehow Louis had this image in his head that everyone is going to tell that he isn't a Christian and that he will get fired. He doesn't want to get fired just because he doesn't believe in a certain type of religion.

He doesn't believe in heaven and hell. He just figured that if you die, your soul will just wander around your corps.

"Well, you better get going if you don't want to be late for your orientation," Zayn said.

The shorter lad nodded, "yeah. Uh, thanks for breakfast."

He got up from his seat and didn't bother putting the plate in the sink. He left his trailer and walked towards the exit of the neighborhood. His blazer was pulled over his shoulders and he gripped on the suitcase his mum has bought him as a congratulation gift.

He walked towards the nearest bus stop and waited while he watched the cars zoom past him. The air was a bit crisp today, but Louis liked how it felt.

He wasn't too fond of taking the metro bus every morning to get to his job, but he doesn't have a car and he can't just walk there, or else he would be late.

He pulled out his phone to check the time and sighed. The bus wouldn't be here for another thirty minutes, so he decided he would just play some games on his cell.

As time passed, Louis wasn't so worried about teaching at the school anymore. He has always dreamt about teaching a class his whole life, so when he got a call saying that he got the job, he was happy for once.
