I had to admit, Karasuno was beginning to show a rather impressive side of them through this team of volleyball players. They could keep a game for hours without an end in sight, it was slightly terrifying. I checked my watch and I gasped, it had already past lunch time!

"Hinata-kun! Sorry, I have to leave first!" I called out to him.

"Wha-" just as he was about to reply back, the ball hit his face hard, leaving a red mark on his forehead.

I instantly froze, remorse growing inside me. I shouldn't have had involved myself with them, I was not worth their time... I was expecting to receive a glare from everyone or a ranting from the captain, but instead, I heard laughter coming from everyone in the gym.

"Pay attention, shrimp," a tall blonde boy with spectacles chuckled with a smug smile on his face.

"Shut up, Tsukishima..." Hinata groaned, rubbing the red mark.

"Sorry..." I apologised profusely.

"Don't mind, don't mind," Nishinoya smirked, waving his hand.

"I think that will be all for today, I don't want to exhaust you all before the exams," Daichi announced, smiling brightly at his team. It was amazing how a third year had so much determination in his club activities despite this being his last year in High School.

I decided to wait around, still feeling guilty for my actions just now. I took out of my phone, checking for any messages from Satoru. None. He was probably playing with his friends or staying back at school for some reason. I sighed in relief, leaning on the wall outside the gym as I averted my eyes to the evening amber sky.

"Heya there!" Nishinoya called out, poking his head outside of the window in front of my face.

I shrieked in fear, hitting my forehead with his accidentally. "Just how unfortunate will my day get?" It was my first day in Karasuno and I had already caused several incidents. I was about to utter an apology, but the brunette didn't seem to mind as he continued smiling smugly at me.

"Say! Do you wanna go eat something after this?" Nishinoya chirped, leaning closer to me from the window.

"I... I don't mind but-"

"Then let's go eat some meat buns with the rest!" he beamed. "We are friends after all. We should enjoy our time together."

"Friends?" I thought. "I never had friends."

"Really?" he asked, shocked. I had spoken out my thoughts without realising. "Then, let's be friends!" he jumped down the window, shaking it excitedly. I tried not to get surprised at anything that he would do since he was highly unreasonable with his actions.

"O-Okay..." I said.

Later on, the rest of the club members came out of the gym, fully dressed in their uniforms again. I noticed a blonde man behind them, wearing a hairband and had piercings. How is it that I didn't feel his presence at all?

"Nishinoya-senpai?" I asked my newfound 'friend'.

"SENPAI?!" Nishinoya blurted out, his face blushing red and forehead sweating.

"Uh-"

"Nagisa-chan..." he patted my shoulder roughly, and I flinched at his touch. "I will treat you to an ice-cream. Any flavour." He gave me a thumbs up and a flashed a puppy-face as though he was about to cry tears of joy.

"What is wrong with this guy..." I thought in my head. "No, I'm fine..." I said flatly, waving my hand slowly.

The rest of the way, I chatted with Hinata, Tanaka and Nishinoya. They mentioned that they had a rival in Tokyo called 'Nekoma' and they proudly stated that they had battled them and... lost apparently.

"OH RIGHT!" Hinata suddenly exclaimed and I face-palmed. "SHE IS FROM TOKYO!!"

"No I'm not," I said flatly, but Nishinoya and Tanaka were already shaking me by my shoulders, asking me how beautiful the ladies were and how dangerous the city boys were. (Although Tanaka pronounced it as 'shitty boys')

"Tokyo... is not that different from this kind of a lifestyle you guys have," I explained, trying desperately to lie as much as possible. "I lived in the much poorer side of Tokyo, so I wasn't sure how modern the rest of the city was."

"Poor?" Nishinoya asked and I froze. I just hinted them on my personal life.

"Uh-"

"SIS!!" I heard Satoru's voice, much to my relief.

"Satoru!-" I turned to him, but instantly froze. He had scratches all over his face and his hands were bloody. "Satoru- what happened?!" I demanded, kneeling down to caress his cheeks.

I heard a hysterical laughter coming from in front of me. A group of boys at a distance were laughing and pointing at Satoru. He buried his face into my shirt, trying to hide his tears.

"What do I do?... I had never face up to bullies before," I thought in my head, petting Satoru's head to comfort him.

They probably think that I was a bad example of a big sister. So much for a fresh start in the countryside... I bit my lip to stop it from shivering, is this the kind of life I will have to face every day now?

"Oi, bastards!" I heard Nishinoya's voice and my eyes widened. "You dare to lay a finger on this kid and I will kick your sorry-ass faces just like how you did to him!" He threatened, his hands in his pockets and glaring daggers at the gang of boys. They flinched a little, whispering to each other.

"Yeah, that's right!" Hinata managed to say, clenching his fists.

Tanaka was about to about to march towards the kids, his face pissed off before I quickly grabbed hold of his arm to stop him. Despite the fact that they hurt my brother, they did not deserve to be hurt either.

Finally, the boys sprinted off, afraid to be beaten off by the ferocious trio. I told them that I had to go off home first since Satoru was injured and I had to patch him up. They groaned, begging me to follow them to the store to buy their meat buns. But I flatly rejected, saying that I still had things to do.

"Sis, you are zoning off," Satoru reminded again as I washed the dishes.

"Uh? What?" I blurted.

Satoru tilted his head and raised as eyebrow as he licked his popsicle. I did not notice it myself, but it seemed that after that incident, I can't stop thinking about my new friends. I felt shameful and ambarassed for having to make them protect me although it was just my first day meeting them. I would like to compensate them with something, but I had no clue what they might like.

"Bento..." I mumbled.

"Sis, are you okay?" Satoru asked awkwardly.
