"Willow! Willow, are you there?" Emaneska asked. "Yes, i'm right here. Now, walk forward, into the woods." Willow said. "Ok." Emaneska said. She cautiously walked forward. "Um, Willow. Mind if I ask you a question?" Emaneska said. "No, I don't mind." Willow said. "Are there any, you know, dangerous animals in this forest?" Emaneska said. "Oh yes, very many." Replied the Willow. Emaneska gulped hard. " But don't worry, they are only there to protect me. They all know who you are and will leave you alone." Willow said.
"Ok Emaneska, now take a left here." Willow said. "Ok..." replied Emaneska. She took a left. Emaneska came to a stop when she saw a humongous wall of vines almost completely covered in thorns. "What now?" Emaneska said."Walk, Emaneska." Willow replied. "Are you out of your mind? I'll get cut into pieces!" Emaneska said. "Trust me, you will be fine. Just keep walking forward." Willow calmly said. "Ok..." Emaneska said nervously.
To Emaneska's surprise, the vines moved, letting her get through easily. "Woah," Emaneska said. Emaneska continued walking, and looking at everything. She was still very concerned about the dangerous animals in the forest with her.
She kept walking until a snake dropped from a tree and stood in front of her. The snake startled her half to death. She stood very still as it stared into her eyes. She could not tell if the snake was going to attack, or if it was just going to stand there motionless. "Who is thissssss?" Said the snake. "I-I-I'm E-Emaneska" Emaneska stuttered. "Oh, you mussst be the girl whom was chosssen thisss year to find the Willow tree." She said. "I'm Sssamantha, but you can jussst call me Sssam, ok?""Uh, O-ok." Emaneska said.
