It's done. I've set her up, and she has no idea. She thinks we are friends, that everything is forgiven, but that's not the case. Oh no, not at all.
I'm on my way to her house, with a gun. Don't ask me how I got it, I know my ways. No one has a clue, not even Simon knows. I've been speaking to him time from time since I last saw him, which was awhile ago. Or more like one month ago. I've been texting Mikayla as well, just so she won't suspect a thing.

She knows I'm coming today, we were gonna have a movie night and gossip. She has no idea.
Simon and I are still not a thing again, even though I really like him and I know he likes me too. He's too much of a coward to leave Mikayla, and I understand. She's absolutely terrifying, which is why I'm on my way to hers now, so we can 'talk'.

You home? I'm outside already x

I sent her, she didn't reply but opened her door instead within a few seconds. "Heya," She smiled at me.
Oh that smile will be gone before the night ends.

I went in for a hug with a huge fake smile and pat her back a few times before letting go.

"So the snacks and everything is already done," Mikayla said as we walked thru the hallway, "Choose what movie you want to see, and I'll be right back," She added as we got to the living room. I sat myself down as I watched Kay vanish behind unknown walls.

The movie had been on for about ten minutes before my phone went off. It was Simon. He hadn't called me for a very long period of time, so this can't be good at all.

"Yo Ariel, where are you?" His thick accent echoed in the phone. "Uh, why?" I questioned him instead of answering. He wanted something, and I wanted to know what.

"Because I just got a text from Ariel," he took a moment to collect his thoughts, as I did the same. "What did she say?" I breathed out and stared at the television without really focusing.

Ariel was still not here. I begun to watch the movie to see if it was any good, and got too caught up with it to realize she still wasn't back.

"She said she was with you, and.. and.."

"Simon, what did she write?" I tried to stay calm even though he scared the crap out of me at the moment.

"Did you bring a.. gun" He says and I tense. How did she know.

"No," I lie and look around, waiting for Kay to come back in so I can get this over with. That gun lied somewhere where she couldn't see just like that, which means she has been going thru my stuff in the hallway.

"Don't fucking lie to me, Ariel" Simon raises his voice and I can hear his footsteps over the call. They are loud and aggressive.

"How.. Why would you assume such a thing??? Why do you even believe her?" I spit. Like yeah, I brought a gun, but Simon knows what a psychopath Mikayla is, and that I'm not a liar.

"Ariel please, don't make this any harder. Don't do anything stupid."

"Sorry Simon." I felt tears build up as I hang up. He is not ruining this. I'm just gonna scare the psycho out from her.

"MIKAYLA!" I screamed as loud as a could, as some tears escaped my eyes. This was hard, this is not who I am, not at all.

I rose from the seat as I got no reply. I sneaked to where I had my gun, and it was gone. Ofcourse, she's not that stupid that she'd leave it there.

I thought for a minute before I decided to look for her, not the best idea.

She has a gun, maybe I should just leave? That would be the safe option. But I ain't letting her win this. I ain't playing safe any longer.

I sneaked around the house, I literally looked everywhere, but I couldn't find her. Maybe she left?

"Mikayla???" I tried calling out again, and this time I heard a weak laugh followed by a "mhmm," as a respond. I was currently in the kitchen, so I quickly grabbed a knife and carefully walked out from the room to the next one.

She was sat in a corner in the living room. "Kay," I whispered as she was looking down at the gun in her lap. She looked up with a wicked smirked as pet the gun, almost like you do with a cat.

"Where you gonna shoot me?" She takes the gun with her right hand and slowly brings it up to her head.

"No," I whimper, scared of her next movement. I was just going to scare her.

"No?" She exclaims and brings the gun down again. "NO!!" She laughs and jumps up from where she was sat. "You had a gun with you, and you where NOT suppose to shoot me??" She laughs and comes closer.

I held the knife tight behind my back. I was now scared for my life.

As she was in front of me, her crazy eyes staring at me, looking into my soul, I couldn't help but cry. My eyes wouldn't stop and I didn't dare to move, she had a gun and she could end my life in one movement.

A loud bang was heard, and both our heads turned towards the hallway entrance.

Mikayla being more nervous than me fired the gun out of nervousness.
She acted brave but her nerves betrayed her. She shoot him without even flinching.

"Simon," I yelled and run to him, dropping the knife as Simon was more important than my safety at the moment. But everything moved in slow motion. The tears came down my cheeks, my throat was burning and Mikayla just stood there. Her gaze was stuck at Simon and she dropped the gun, which caused it to fire again. And this time it hit me.

This was not meant to happen, I fell to the ground, my head hit the floor as my hand tried to reach for Simon's.

My vision became a blur and I saw nothing anymore. Complete darkness, for forever.
