With Tim's help, Dick stood up and hobbled out of the room.
"Go, I have to do this alone." Dick said once the reached Bruce, who was sitting in front of the computer in the Bat-Cave.
"Okay... just be..ya know...careful." Tim said wearily. Dick nodded. Tim walked off. Dick cleared his throat to get Bruce's attention.
"Uh..Da-B-Bruce? Can we talk?" Dick said slowly. Bruce turned around in his chair and looked at a bandaged up Dick with a strange look on his face.
"Dick? What happened?"
"I..uh..got shot." Dick said flatly. "And, um...I think it's going to get infected because I didn't take the bullet out." Bruce quickly stood up, a fiery look in his eyes.
"You what?" Bruce said, furiously. Dick gulped.
"I got shot. And I need to get the bullet out." Dick said, trying not to show how scared he was.
"Damn it Dick! What were you thinking?" Bruce yelled.
"Bruce, I'm sorry. I should have been more careful. But please, I need to get the bullet out." Dick said, trying to keep  the pain out of his voice.
"No Dick! You can do this yourself! You got yourself into this mess, and honestly I don't care! All I care about is you getting back out there! DO YOU HEAR ME?" Bruce face softened after yelling. He realized what he said. Dick chuckled sarcastically.
"Oh yeah. I hear you."
"Dick I didn't mean-"
"Yes you did. And yeah, I'll do this myself. I'll get back out there. Thanks for helping."
"Dick wait!" But he was gone. Limping back to his room, Dick grabbed a drawstring bag and stuffed his suit, phone, charger, headphones, and a book. It was clear Bruce didn't want him here.
"Dick! What are you doing?" Tim suddenly appeared at the door way.
"Leaving."
"But...what about your leg? What about me?" Tim voice was quiet. Dick sighed.
"I'm sorry Tim. I just need time to...ya know...cool off. I won't be gone too long."
"Promise?"
"Promise." And Dick left through his window.
