It's Sunday. I tried reaching Hailee since yesterday. I shouldn't have yelled at her! I shouldn't have told her all those things! I should've believed her... Now she thinks I don't trust her. She probably was in her room when I visited her. She doesn't even want to see me. But I will see her at school right? I'll apologize for what I said.

HAILEE

It's time to ask mom. I can't believe I'm doing this cause I'm just 12 but whatever works right? I could careless about what I'm feeling right now. Ever since it happened, I just threw away what I was feeling. I practically threw myself in too..

I knocked in her room.

"Sweetheart come in!" She yells and I open the door.

"Mom..."

"Oh honey, what's wrong?" She asks sweetly.

"Can I g-go to that t-town..?"

"I knew this day would come.." Mom says.

"Mom.. I've been curious since I was 8 years old. Of why he never showed up once. I know he's there somehow. It's his town and people wouldn't like the idea of him leaving.."

"I know, love. I believe that too. But you'll have to miss school."

"You're allowing me?!" I asked with joy.

"Yes. I know you're just 12 and you're still a psycho but I know that a part of you will be responsible of asking me this." She said smiling at me. I hugged her.

"Thank you mom! So much.." I whispered.

"Your welcome sweetie.." We pull away from the hug.

"Can I stay there for 5 days or a week?"

"But hun, where would you stay? You can't just go there by yourself."

"I can bring Carly!"

"Nope. You know the twins love their education."

"My cousin Nat?"

"Ask her."

"Yas!" I cheered and went to my room.

I dialed her number.

"Hey crazy- ass!"

"Hey Nat!"

"Wazzup?"

"Can you come with me to the town? Your what 15 right?"

"15 and wild! Ohhh the day has come!" I roll my eyes.

"I knew it would come since you were curious about this since you were what? A kid?"

"Yeah. Are you free from school?"

"Yassss. It's our break!"

"Lucky bastard! But anyway can you come with me?"

"Yeah sure! Anything for my lil crazy Quinn!"

"Yeah yeah thanks! I'll be missing school for 5 days. Is there any place we could both stay in?"

"Good question! I actually have a friend who lives there! I could ask if we could stay!"

"Great!"

"What's the reason why you decided today will be the day?"

"You know the Stone's right?"

"Yup! Cause I happen to know Tristan Stone! Why? Did one of the Stone's hurt ya? Cause if they did I will kick their ass for you!" I giggle.

"Nevermind." I said laughing.

"Ok good that! Do we leave now?"

"Tomorrow good?"

"Yup!"

"Ok thanks couz!"

"No problem Harley!" She calls me Harley Quinn cause yeah my family thinks I'm a psycho.

"K I gotta go tell my mom!"

"Gotcha! Byeeee!"

"Bye Nat! Thanks again!" I hung up the phone and entered moms room again.

"Mom-"

"I heard the conversation dear." She says laughing.

"Cool!" I said and left her room. I can't wait for tomorrow.

I decided to text Alexandra.

Lex💦: yassss?
Haiz💙: im gonna be absent for a week
Lex💦: whyyyy? Oh yeah why did u left early? Did somthing wrong happen?
Haiz💙: sort of.. Tell tr if she asks
Lex💦: ok? See u next week then!
Haiz💙: yeah u too

It's Monday! I can finally say sorry to Hailee. When we go to school, I always arrive before her. Her time is usually 7:05. It's 7.

"Why are you like eager?" Asked Alex and Bliss.

"Something."

"Can you tell us?" Alex asked.

"Ok but don't get mad at me." I started talking about how we fought. How I yelled at her and how she yelled back. How I didn't believe her. How I saw her gray eyes. How she ran away crying. How I should have believes in her. How I told her she was just another trickster. How I realized I was wrong.

"Em..." Lex whispers.

"I know! I messed up! I'm just waiting for her so I can say sorry!"

"Its not that.."

"Then what?"

"Hailee's gone. For like a week." My eyes widened.

"WHAT?!"

"She texted me. I asked whats wrong but she avoided the question. She didn't tell me what was her reason." Sht! How am I supposed to apologize now?! I'll be quiet without her! The fight is just gonna replay in my mind. Where is she?!

"She could be kidding right?" I asked. Lex looked down and looked back at me. She gestured to my watch. It's 7:30. She's never been late. I put my head in my hands. This is so frustrating.

"Its gonna be alright.. She's not lost." Bliss says.

"What if she will be? You guys know that when she's not here I'm worried to hell about her."

"We know. But trust in Hailee. This might be a good reason that she's not here."
