10: It's Her Birthday for Fudge Sake

It's Em's birthday. I'm planning on just writing her a letter but Alex decided like a surprise. Since Em sort of likes what I like (means looking at her music and liking them) could be a tad bit easy. She likes 5H, The 1975, Troye Sivan, and other people. She like the song Robber and the 7/27 album. Ok I realized thats a lot.

"What should I do? She likes tons of stuff!"

"C'mon you like those stuff too! Besides you're creatve you'll think of something." Alex said. She and Bliss are at my house. I called them early. I told Em she's be here by 12.

"She's right. For once." Bliss said laughing.

"Hey!" Alex shouted.

"I didn't say anything." Bliss 'accused'.

"But you just-"

"Will y'all just shut your bloody mouth?" I said laughing.

"I know you guys love each other."
They made a disgusted face while I laugh.

"Back to the surprise."

"Give her something she likes."

"I don't what she likes!" They shrugged. Zing! A light bulb came in my messed up brain.

"How about when she comes here we play Settle Down or one of her fav songs?"

"Great idea!"

"Told ya you were creative!"

"Thanks! Other parts now!"

"Food should be pizza and sweets?" They both looked at each other with a wide smile.

"I know your answer already." I said laughing.

"Gift?" Alex asked.

"That I haven't thought of." What should I give her?

"Isn't like the surprise a gift already?" Bliss said.

"You're right!" I said. She nods and acts like she was called for an honor. Alex despised her😂

"Lets just set this whole thing up!"

So far were done. The pizza's gonna come a bit late. Its 11:30 by now. I can't believe we pulled it off.

This is how it goes. Before she enters we'll play YOUTH by Troye Sivan then when she opens the door we'll play it loud then scream Happy Birthday. That's all. I don't know if we should watch a movie or play games.

"Are you literally gonna wear that?" Alex asked laughing. Oh yeah I was just wearing grey sweatpants and a white shirt.

"Be right back." I went upstairs and dressed up into a black shirt that says 'Psycho + Crazy= Me' then denim blue shorts then wrapped a flannel on my waste. Pulled my hair in a high ponytail and added a black bow. I raced downstairs.

"Done!" Alex and Bliss looked at me from head to toe then gave me a thumbs up. She was wearing a blue tee, black skirt, and red converses. Bliss was wearing white shorts, a grey long sleeved shirt, then sneakers.

"Guys!" Bliss whispered.

"What?"

"She's here!" She whispers. I plug in my phone and started to play YOUTH then I turned down the volume a bit.

EMERALD

I was walking to Hailee's house when I heard YOUTH. I couldn't really hear it much. I got closer to her house and I could hear the song a bit louder. When I opened the door, its the chorus and the volume was turned up.
