EMERALD

"STOP!" A girl shouted. She had short hair with lots of rings on her finger. Hailee was still shooting at Castle. Eventually Castle pushed Hailee on the road. There was one car heading Castle's way but its still far.

"Get out of the road!" Bliss shouted. Hailee had her laso on Castle. The car was getting near. Hailee's eyes turned into a lighter red. She pushed Castle and went in front of him. WHAT IS SHE DOING?! The car was on full speed. It was near Hailee. It was about to hit her when she formed an X with her arm. She literally went through the car. Castle was dumbfounded. His eyes were wide. Hailee sighed. She looked at Castle and nodded. What?

"Why did you do that..?" Castle asked quietly. Hailee turned to him with her eyes purple.

"We fight. But that doesn't mean we fight till one of us can't. I don't like seeing other people get hurt. But what you did to my friends... They didn't deserve it. You did. I just wanted you to know. " Hailee said. Castle looked down.

"Ano ba nangyayari?! Bat sila nag-away?"
(What happened?! Why did they fight??") asked the girl.

"Reasons." Alex said.

"What's your name?" I asked.

"Qhey." We all said hi.

"Good thing you tried to stop them." Hazel said.

"Well I heard shouting. Came outside to see a boy and girl fighting." We nodded.

I turned my attention back to the girl. She was walking towards us. She passed us when I grabbed her wrist.

"You alright?" She looked at me and her eyes were half red half purple. She's confused.

"I don't know." She said.

"Hailee!" Castle shouted. This boy has lots of nerves. I walked toward him, grab his collar and look at him.

"DON'T. You can't just call her name after what you did to her. "

"I just wanted to say-"

"NO! JUST-" I was cut off when I felt water circling around my waist and pulling me away from Castle. It was Alexandra.

"ALEX!"

"I'm sorry!" She let go of me.

"Guys..." Hailee whispered. We all looked at her.

"Stop. C'mon let's go back." She said quietly.

"But he fought you."

"It's done." She said looking down.

"Hailee I'm s-" he was cut off.

"Whatever." Hailee said and walked. Castle was looking down. Was he actually gonna say sorry after the shi- his done? Can't be. Can it?

He disappeared and blue mist was formed. We followed Hailee.

"Hailee." We called out. She stopped. But she didn't turn around. She's gonna collapse. We ran to her before she could fall. Qhey helped.

"What happened?"

"She must've used her power too much." Hazel said.

"We need to get her to her room." I said. I caught a glimpse of a blue-haired boy walking.

"JACE!" I shouted. He looked at me. His eyes landed on Hailee which was in my arms. Everyone was holding onto her.

"WHAT HAPPENED?!" He asked/shouted. Can you not see the girl collapsed?

"Can you help us take her to the house?" Alex asked.

"Of course." He said and took Hailee from my arms. He carried her back into the house. I noticed that Hailee's hair was turning brown.

HAILEE

I felt tired. Still. I used my power to fight that shi-. I forgot what my old teacher said. The more anger or the more pressure I'm feeling and at the same time I'm using my power I'll be drained. I would automatically change to my human form and let the real me recharge for a bit. I heard Emerald shouting Jace to take me back here. I've fainted twice now. Great. I heard mumbling.

"Why is she in her human form?"

"I don't know."

"She used up her power. "

"I know. Cause of the stupid Castle. Can't he quit?! He needs to understand that Hailee won't go to their school! For fu-- sake he's hurting her! I swear I'll get him!" From the shout and cussing it's Emerald.

"No."

EMERALD

"No." A sleepy voice said. ('NO' ISN'T CUTE MARGAUX😂) we all looked at Hailee. Instead of her blue and green-ish eyes she had brown ones. And her hair was brown. She's in her human form. Which form she's on she's still beautiful. (THIS WORD WAS HARD TO TYPE😂).

"What do you mean 'no'?" We asked.

"You don't need to hurt him..." She whispered. We all looked at each other. I've seen Hailee at her worst and she was always the calm one. She had problems. But this was a fight. She got hurt. Pushed. And she still saved Castle. The past days, she's cried. Now hurt. What's next?

"Hailee-" she cuts me off.

"I know. Just... I don't want him to feel pain." (SCORCH TRIALS)

"You sure? That boy was bugging you since yesterday." Alex said.

"I know. And it's ok." They nodded.
