I was at the last song, 'Golden Days', and I thought maybe I was just imagining it or worried over nothing. She was fine. Then after we finally ended, the drumsticks were thrown and I had left the stage, it happened.
I for some reason checked in and just as I did I could see it. Almost like I could tell something clicked in her brain and her legs gave out from under her and the crowd kept walking. I gave it another ten seconds incase someone was going to do something but the ten seconds were agonizingly slow and I'm sure they were for her too.
I ran out onto the stage, my mic still in hand, and yelled into it. It made my ears ring at the volume of it.
The bodyguards must have noticed what I did once I yelled. The crowd slowly parted and they lifted her up.
She was conscious. Good. I nodded to the back where there was stand by first aid. They nodded back and headed there.
I ran through backstage, not caring for anyone or anything in my way.
Finally I reached the back and she wasn't there yet. I looked at my mic. It was still on. I flipped the switch and with that she was being carried into sight. They set her on the table and the stand by medic walked up to her immediately. He was probably bored.
"What do we got here?" he asked.
"She fell or passed out or-"
"A little of both." she said quite groggy. I felt a smile spread on my face. I couldn't help it something about her voice made it impossible not to smile, no matter how groggy.
"Your pupils seem a little dialated, but that's nothing uncommon for the mosh pit." He said, "wait you were in the mosh pit right?"
"Yes." she said with a kind of giggle to it. She was smiling too now, but I could tell she was avoiding looking at me.
"Well you look okay just you might get a few bruises on your back but there should be nothing more. All you may need is some ice if you really think it's needed..."
"No, no I wasn't the one who decided I come. I actually didn't know where they were taking me."
"Yeah that would be my fault. Sorry, I just wanted to make sure you were okay." I said.
"Oh no it's fine." She said, finally looking at me. I wondered if she would have said something different to someone else.
The medic left and the bodyguards followed to stand gaurd.
I sat next her on the table and looked down at the mic. "You are the reason I preform." I said, still not looking up.
"Huh?" she turned her head rather quickly to me.
I looked at her. "I meant ya know your type of fan..." I trailed off, looking at the ground again. "The ones who will suffer just to see our preformance."
"Oh. Well it's my first concert and I've been wanting to see you ever since I first heard you, when I was fifteen. I wasn't going to let it go to waste." she was looking at the ground.
I looked her. She finally looked up at me when I was. Her eyes reflected in the lights. They were a light blue, with a greyish white center, that looked like icicles sprouting from her pupils.
   Buzz.
"Oh." She looked down at her phone. "It's my friend. We got seperated and she's my ride so, I'm sorry I got to go." She said getting off the table. "Thanks though for...caring." and she answered the phone.
I got up, and put my hand on the one that held her phone, and pulled it away.
I looked her right in th eye and told her very calmly, "Tell her you got a ride. My tour bus isn't tight on space now is it?" I put the phone back up to her hear. I could hear a voice through the phone say 'hello?' over and over.
"Yeah, F/N. I'm here." there was a pause. I thought for a second in there that she was going to go with her friend, and leave me. "Uh huh, look about that," she looked right at me,"I've got a ride. I'll tell you more later, got to go, bye."
