Feelings and awkwardness

Before I start this chapter Luke is my height with brown hair and Ryan is a bit taller than Taylah and Maddie and has blonde hair. Oh and check out Taylah__Rose she has a story and it's really good so far, except for one bit it's really weird but I won't spoil that, you'll just have to read it to find out yourself.

I woke up to people calling out my name.

"Dani wake up"

"Come on Danielle wake up"

I groan and turn around facing the opposite way I just was.
"Don't worry I'll handle it" I hear someone walking over to me
"Danielle c'mon you have to get up" I felt a soft hand caressing my cheek as I open my eyes a tiny bit to see Luke in front of me blushing. I blush seeing how close he is, I sit up really fast causing us to bump heads.

I put my hand on my head where it hit his, I look up to see he was doing the same.

"Wow you have a hard head, and what was that for?" He complained as I sit there blushing not being able to say anything. I notice the others sitting around looking at us. Even Maddie, seeing her awake I knew I slept in late.

"We need you around more Luke if it's that easy for you to wake her up." Mia told him, Taylah nodded her head in agreement.

* A few moments later*

We had all got our stuff together  and we were just getting ready to go and find a new place to stay.

I pulled the hair tie out of my hair that had kept it tied up all night and shook my hair to get it back into its natural placing. I felt eyes on me and looked behind me. I saw Luke staring at me before he quickly turned his head away blushing, I blushed as well when I thought of this morning when I woke up.

Pulling my bag up over my shoulders and putting my weapons in my belt I turned to face the others.

"Are we all ready to go!?" Me and Luke said at the same time, we blush again and look in any direction other than each other.

I hear the others laugh at us.

Luke's POV

Me and Danielle have been really awkward since this morning when I woke her up. I don't think I should have been that close to her, she might have thought I had different intentions.

I had came to her school for a term but left after the term was over, the last words I said to her was 'I'll miss you' she said she would too, I wish I didn't just leave it at that, I wish I would have said more. I've had feelings for her ever since then, but I don't know if she returns those feelings still. I hope she does. She probably found someone else though.

But something bad is going to happen today, something terrible.

Danielle's POV

I wonder if he still remembers the time we spent together in school, I wonder if he remembers the day he left and what he said to me. I looked at him to see him frowning slightly. I've had feelings for him ever since he came to my school, and I still do. I hate seeing him looking sad, it's good that he still keeps in contact with Ryan, it's good seeing him again after so many years.

I still have feelings for Luke, I wonder if he feels the same, I hope so but probably not, he probably found someone else and forgot about me....

And I don't know what it is but I have a bad feeling about today, like something is going to happen, something that will scar us all forever.
