Chapter 11

"Remember to leave your homework assignments on my desk before you leave. Class is dismissed" I hear the teacher shout.

I rummage through my bag to take my assignment out and realise I never did it. "Shit" I mumble and stand up from my chair and head over to the teacher desk and groan.

"Are you coming?" Anna mouths to me as she walks out.

I quickly wave her away giving her the 'I haven't don't the homework assignment so I have to make up an excuse to make him believe I did it but somehow forgot it' look.

"Rebecca what brings you to stay behind after class?" Mr Woods sighs whilst looking up from his paper work.

Cue the excuse.

"Well you see sir I did my homework but my do-"

"Your dog ate it I assume?" He sighs clearly not amused by my lame excuse.

"Yeah..." I reply.

"What is wrong with you Rebecca this is already the 3rd time in a row you've forgotten your assignment and I've been noticing recently you haven't been paying attention in class. Is something bothering you?" Mr Woods asks putting his pen behind his ear.

"No, there isn't. Nothings bothering me sir I just haven't been feeling well lately. I'll be back on track by next week I promise." I lie.

"I hope you do Rebecca. Your one of my best students" He replies.

I have a feeling he's lying too.

I gather my things from my desk and walk out of the classroom to see Anna's warm smile beaming at me as I walk to my locker.

"You okay..?" I asked worriedly at her smile.

"Everything's fine. Really fine." She smiles.

She wants something.

"What is it Anna" I sigh as I open my locker.

"Oh well you see... There's this guy who is just the most hottest thing on legs and he has a brother. You have to meet him so we can go on a double da-"

"Date" I say finishing her sentence.

"BEFORE YOU SAY NO I'LL SHOW YOU A PICTURE, I SWEAR YOU WILL FALL FOR HIM JUST BY HIS PI-"

"I'll go but just shut up before I change my mind." I say shutting my locker.

"Were meeting at the carnival at 6 so come to my house and we can go together" She smiles and jumps around excitedly.

"Well someone's happy" Matt says raising his eyebrows while trying to walk at our pace.

"We're going on a double date" Anna smiles.

"OMG REALLY? I don't care" Matt yawns.

"Your the one who asked me you asshole" She snaps back.

"Your the one insulting me bitch" He replies

"I've been called so much worse Matthew my friend" Anna laughs.

"Oh really like what?" Matt asks while stroking his imaginary beard.

"Your girlfriend" She smiles.

"You mother fu-"

"Guys SHUT UP" I groan hitting Matt on the side of his head and flicking Anna's forehead.

"Ow!" They both groan.

I swear their like an old married couple. But of course I don't say that or it'll cause another argument. But I have to admit I fucking love these two more than taco's.

Now that is a lot of love.

How did I end up after school in a pink fluffly rainbow room sitting on a small ass chair with rollers in my hair?

Yes because I am an idiot and decided that I would go on some double date with my idiot friend and her other idiot acquaintance's.

I used a long word there.

Acquaintance's.

"God you look awesome already" She squeals trying to apply eyeliner to my left eye.

I roll my eyes causing Anna to flick my forehead.

"Don't move" She snaps.

She slowly takes out the hair rollers one by one and well I don't know what she did to my hair but she kind of... Fluffed it?

"Okay" She smiles.

She's already forced me into a dress and other girly shit what's she going to do now?

"Let's go" She smiles.

"In my car" She slowly adds.

Hell no am I riding in that pink Barbie mobile.

"No. Hell no Anna were going in mine" I snap and walk downstairs into the car.

I have a bad feeling about this double date.
