ROYAL SORCERER FOR DAYS...

CHAPTER 1

Ting, ting, ting I wake up to the sound of a heavy brass bell and find myself wearing this weird, brown dress like suit. The room I'm in is made out of bricks, the walls look dirty, dull and there's all sorts of magical looking stuff on a table beside the bed. Suddenly I hear the door open, and a girl with blonde hair and blue eyes, who looks my age wearing a very old dress comes in to the room. She is the most beautiful person I have ever seen...

I asked her who she is and why I am in this dull looking room, and she says "oh! How I love and adore your humour, now get dressed as quickly as you can, the king is willing to see you, my lady!" and as she starts to walk away I call out "wait! You didn't answer my question?" then she tells me "why, why your humour, by the way you're the royal saucerer and I'm Megan your maid, ha ha ha nice one my lady!"

I went to the clothes cupboard and saw lots of luxurious and beautiful dresses. I got dressed in the prettiest dress I could find and went to meet the king...

When I saw the pride-looking king, something made me bow to him immediately, I'm guessing it's because of how pride he looked. Then the king said "oh, how nice you're looking today my lady!" and I asked him "why did you want to see me sire?" "oh, it's terrifying! There's a deadly disease spreading in our kingdom and the royal doctor believes this is caused by very powerful, dark magic and I want you to find this saucerer and use your good magic to save our kingdom!" he replied. "but sire, I'm not ready for anything like this!" I said. Then the king said "please, it's up to you to save the kingdom and if you don't everyone will be dead from the disease and Alfred the saucerer will achieve his target, to take over the kingdom of ocirenn." Sire, do you know anything at all about this saucerer?" I asked. And he said "Yes, he lives in the murmuring woods and you must go there and destroy him!" "then I must leave right now!" I said. I bowed to the king once again and left the room.
