Chapter 10
The connections

Destiny's POV

I had been becoming better with all the elements. But this, not really. He had already captured me 2 times in a week. I was beginning to think that I could never be free to live my life. And Blaze, was he looking for me? All I remember is Slate lifting me up in cradle position after he knocked me out.

Slate's POV

"Hello princess, nice to see you again" I said. Then I used the trick my father had showed me to knock her out, without the drugs. I was thinking that if I used the drugs too much on her, then she would start to over power them and they would become nothing but a little shot. I palm hit between her shoulder and neck, and she passed out instantly.

Maybe I should use that more often instead of the drugs. I lifted her over my shoulder and carried her to my hideout. I just decided to walk since first of all, she destroyed my truck and second of all, I didn't want to hear my henchmen's lecture. But the thing I really wanted was to be around her, looking at her, touching her.

(A/N : don't worry I'm not a pervert... And he is not gonna do something sexual...)

So we walked back to the hideout and she still hadn't woken back up I was starting to think that I knocked her out for good... No I couldn't have, could I? I laid her down In a room that I had specially made to suit her needs.

I put her in the bed and then- I didn't want to do this, but I locked her left wrist in a chain and attached the other side to the bed, but luckily it was long and she would be able to walk around her room and explore.

I then left the room and locked the door with the key... I also made sure that the room had a lock on the outside.... I put the key in-- "what's that noise?" I said to myself. I went outside to check it out... A forest fire.

All my liquiders (people with the power of water, duh) were trying to put out the fire, but it was no use, it was too powerful.

Anger. That's what it is. But who's anger is it? It isn't hers she's still sleeping. Is it Blaze's? No he wouldn't have already found us, but did he?

I went back in Destiny's room and found her sitting up in her bed looking shocked. "... He's mad... I know he is... I can feel it..." What the heck is she talking about? "You can feel it?"

"Yes... I guess I can feel his anger, I don't know how I'm doing it though." She can connect with him? Maybe she can tell him to get the hell out of here. "If you can connect to him, tell him to go away, you don't want a scar on that pretty little face of your do you?" I asked. She just glared at me.

Destiny's POV

(Retelling in Destiny's POV)
But when I woke up I felt something. Something, that shocked me in a way I couldn't even explain. I had connected to Blaze and I could feel him coming. Looking for me.

I could feel his anger pushing his way though. I never knew I could connect with him, it must just be some other element princess thing that i never knew about. Then I heard the door to my room/prison open with a slam and Slate rushed in.

"He's mad... I know he is... I can feel it." I said. "You can feel it?" He said confused. "Yes I guess I can feel his anger, I don't know how I'm doing it though." I said. He thought for a moment before saying..

"If you can connect to him then tell him to go away, you don't want a scar on that pretty little face of your do you?" He asked. I didn't reply, I just glared at him before turning my head. What should I do? Tell him? But he will not listen, I know he won't.

"Tell him you little bitch!" He yelled at me. So I decided to tell him. I closed my eyes and thought, hoping he would hear me.
(D=Destiny, B= Blaze)

D: Blaze, you need to leave. And don't come back. Go back to the castle. I'll be home soon.

B: But Destiny, I'm supposed to protect you. Because... I love you.

D: I know... But if you don't leave then he'll put you, and me in even more danger.

B: If I must, I'll leave, but only as long as your safe. Make sure he doesn't hurt you, if he does, I'll beat the s*** out of him.

D: I love you.

B:I love you too.

And then I felt his flames go down and he left. And I was stuck here with Slate.
