The Avengers jet was silent on the flight home, everyone was tired and sore after Montreal and no one was in the mood for polite conversation. Tony was in the pilots chair contemplating his niece and her love life when Jarvis's voice rang over the speaker. "Mr. Stark, its Ms Potts she says its urgent" Jarvis spoke and Tony rolled his eyes, "well patch her through then." Peppers voice came out over the speaker and unbeknownst to Tony everyone began to tune in. "Tony we have a problem", "what's wrong are you okay" he asked quickly worry filling him. "I'm fine but I'm not sure about Louise", Pepper sounded like she was on the verge of tears, "what happened" Tonys voice lowered and his stomach became a nauseous pit. "I asked her to pick up some Advil for me but she hasn't come home yet and that was an hour ago" she broke down then and Tony heard what sounded suspiciously like metal punching metal. "I'll be there in a half an hour" Tony didn't care what laws he was breaking he just needed to get home. When he reached the tower he found Pepper pacing across the common room and as soon as she saw him she ran straight towards him. He pulled her into a hug as she threw apologies at him and he shook his head, "this is not your fault." "Jarvis I need you to pull up the security cams from here to the pharmacy at the end of the street" he barked noticing Barnes' red face and the way his eyebrow twitched. He smashed the glass table beside him with his metal fist and Tony found himself turning to the young man and placing a hand on his shoulder. Bucky's eyes burned with unshed tears, they had just made up and she was gone, and he wasn't going to rest until they got her back. By this stage Steve, Natasha, Bruce and Clint had made their way inside and were staring at Tonys hand on Bucky's shoulder with a mix of awe and confusion. "Listen Barnes you're not my favourite person in the world but she cares for you and I'm almost sure you care for her, we'll find her. "Sir I have the footage" Jarvis called out, ruining the moment and Tony spoke in a controlled manner "play it out on the big screen." And so they watched, they watched her leave the building and make her way to the pharmacy, they noticed the way she looked more paranoid on her way out, they noticed how she moved to the other side of the road when the streetlamp went out and most importantly they watched the figure move out of the shadows behind her. It was like Bucky was watching a film, he willed her to run, to look behind her, for someone to walk their way, but he had no such luck. Instead he was forced to watch as his girl was taken not ten meters from safety by her ex to god knows where so he could do god knows what with her.
Her eyes slowly opened and her mouth was dry and slightly numb. The first thing Louise noticed was the gag, the second thing was the fact that her hands were currently tied behind her back and her feet were tied out in front of her. She tried to sit up but her muscles cried out as she moved, her mind was sluggish as she tried to remember what had happened. It came back to her in pieces, Bucky, the mission, the pharmacy, Dylan. Louise sat up straighter ignoring the pain and began to scope out the room, hoping to find some clue as to where she was. She squinted slightly as her eyes became accustomed to the dark. There was a little light coming from under the door, which was directly in front of her and she could see a window to her left. The sky was clear outside and she realised that she must be out in the countryside, there was no noise aside from her heart thrumming in her chest. It sped up even more at the sound of footsteps on what seemed to be a staircase outside the door. It swung open and light flooded the room making her wince, in the light the room seemed bigger and it was filled with furniture covered in white cloth. She realised as she glanced to her side the object she was tied to was a radiator and turned her gaze forward again only to be met with Dylan's lascivious smirk. "Hey doll" he mocked and Louise shuddered, the name sounded wrong rolling off his tongue instead of Bucky's. "Oh what only the Winter Soldier had permission to call you that" he rolled his eyes and his grin became wider, "for a genius your uncle sure is stupid for letting you out of his sight." She glared at him, but didn't try to speak; it would only make him happier. "You'll be happy to no Lou that we're only here for a few hours, I've booked our tickets back to Dublin and soon all this will be over" he grabbed her chin and forced her to look at him. "We are going to be very happy together" he bit his lip and kissed her cheek before standing up and leaving the room. As soon as the doors were shut the tears poured down Louise's face, she just wanted to go home, she wanted to believe it was all a dream and she'd wake up and find Bucky waiting with a smile. They would come for her; she had to believe that, and she had to start trying to make her own way out.
