I didn't sleep any more after my dream and neither did the boys. Needless to say when Nicole opened the door she almost dropped her keys at the three zombies that greeted her.

"Oh my God you guys scared the hell out of me. What did you guys not sleep?"

"Chase and I only got about an hour." Dylan said yawning.

"That would be my fault." I said guiltily.

Nicole's eyebrows furrowed and then a look of realization crossed her face.

"Cassie did you have the dream again?"

I nodded and looked down. She could always tell what was bothering me. She rushed over and hugged me.

"Of course you have it when I'm not there. I'm sorry."

I just nodded and hugged her back.

"Okay I'm gonna make breakfast. what do you guys want?" I asked

"Pancakes!" Dylan shouted making us all jump.

"Pancakes it is." I said laughing and then shooed everyone out of the kitchen.

When I had just put the bacon on the griddle Chase walked in.

"Hey, Chase what's up?" I asked.

"Nothing I was just wondering if you needed any help."

"Yeah that would be great."

I gave him a bowl and asked him to mix the pancake batter. I flipped the bacon and looked at Chase. He was wearing plaid pajama pants and a white t-shirt. His hair was all ruffled and looked like he just got out of bed. His eyes didn't look tired like mine did. How someone could look so good with only one hour of sleep was a wonder to me.

Chase looked over at me and smirked. I immediately looked away embarrassed and blushed taking the bacon off the griddle.

"Can you bring me the batter" I asked.

I turned around and Chase was standing right in front of me. I looked up in to his eyes which had a playful look in them. He set the batter down and backed me into the counter.

"Were you staring at me?" He asked with a hint of playfulness.

I blushed avoiding eye contact.

"Maybe."

"Why?"

"I was wondering how some one could look so good with so little sleep." I said telling the truth.

He smirked his eyes searching my face. I played with a chipped piece of wood that lined the counter top trying to keep my blush down.

"You don't look so bad yourself." He told me. I felt my face get hot. He chuckled and kept looking at me.

"Chase! Where are you?" We heard Dylan yell.

Chase took a couple steps back and leaned against the other counter top. I turned around and started pouring some batter onto the griddle.

"I'm in the kitchen." He yelled back

Dylan walked in smiling.

"You want to go to a party tonight?" Dylan asked both of us.

"Umm...Is Nicole going?" I asked.

"Yes and Nicole said you two could go shopping for dresses and then come back and get ready." Dylan said.

"Okay. Sounds fun." I told him.

"Yeah lets go" Chase said.
