[Yeeun's Flashback]

"Ah, sorry." Youjin nodded lightly. "Then you have to hurry. You can go first."

Yeeun excused herself and waved her hands to Youjin. She quickly ran to her other art supplies store. It was a small old shop. The grandpa who ran the store was a painter and knew Yeeun and Eunbin very well. When she arrived, the grandpa greeted her warmly.

"Ah, hello Miss Yeeun." He greeted. He was putting wooden boxes on the shelf. "Anything I can help you with?"

Yeeun caught her breath after her nonstop running. "I need these colours, haraboji. Do you have them? And I need a number 7 flat bristle brush. Any hair is okay with me."

The grandpa took her list paper. He fixed his reading glasses position to read better. "Let me see...." He moved too slow and Yeeun kept checking her watch. She wanted him to be faster but she didn't want to be rude.

"So..?"

"Nope. I may be old but my memories are still sharp. I don't have these colours. Wait here I will get you the brush."

After it felt like forever to Yeeun in that little shop, she finally headed to the park. She checked her watch again. 17.15. 'He should've been there by now, right?' She thought to herself. There was a notification sound from her phone.

It was a text from Eunbin.

Eunbin: 'He's not here yet.'

"Ugh that guy! How annoying! He's perfect and all why does he have weird flaws?" She half-yelled and people was a bit taken aback with her attitude. She was too tired to run so she just walked with faster speed. The park wasn't that far from that neighbourhood. It was by the riverbank.

She walked and walked and finally got to the park. It was crowded with families. Yeeun checked every benches to find Eunbin. At the far corner, she noticed Eunbin's striped shirt. She quickly called Eunbin's phone to make sure she wasn't sleeping. Cause from her point of view, she looked like she had been sleeping.

But she stopped her feet from running when she was only three yards away. Someone was watching Eunbin and approaching her.

It was Youjin. She could see sweats around his face like he had been running. 'How did he know she was here?' She thought. She couldn't help but hide to observe what he was up to.

Youjin sat next to Eunbin. He looked like he wanted to wake her up by shaking her shoulders lightly but she didn't budge. Yeeun calmed herself. She counted to ten. If she woke up she would run to her.

One. Two. Three.

Youjin checked the clock from his phone screen.

Four. Five.

He looked at Eunbin closely and lowered his sitting position to match her head position since he had a long body.

Six.

Yeeun was getting ready to come closer, but she saw something.

He took Eunbin's head calmly and rested her head on his shoulder. He looked uncomfortable from the way he sat but he didn't show it and kept her head in a stable position.

Yeeun sighed, stood there for another five minutes and decided to go home. 'Park Inhae, you better watch your girl.' She thought.

[End of flashback]

"Yeeun! Yoo Yeeun!" Eunbin's voice snapped her mind. "Are you feeling well?"

She blinked her eyes weakly and saw both Eunbin and Youjin were standing in front of her. She was surprised and fell from her chair. "I'm okay..."

Eunbin chuckled and extended her arm to reach her. "Do you want to call it off for today? There's something you want to share with me?"

Yeeun was too confused that words barely escaped her lips.

"I don't think she's feeling well." Youjin whispered to Eunbin from behind. He didn't mean to whisper but his voice was too low. She could feel the hair of the back of her neck stood up and shivered a bit. She hated being whispered at so she hit him. "Ya! What did I do wrong?"

"Yeeun, let's go out for awhile." She walked away with Yeeun, leaving Youjin. "You can go home first. It's done for today."

"Fine."

[At the noodle tent]

Eunbin took Yeeun to the noodle tent outside their campus. She ordered two spicy noodles and a bottle of soju for Yeeun.

"Here." She poured the soju into Yeeun's glass. "What is going on? Another blinddating problem?"

Yeeun took the shot and shook her head. "No. But I can't say it to you right now. Not because I don't want to, I just can't grasp what is happening. My early prediction is too early."

"But your predictions are always right." The noodle ahjumma came and brought their noodles. Eunbin took her chopsticks and started digging the noodles.

"That's why." She poured herself another shot and became serious. "Kwon Eunbin. Do you think a pair of socks might have another exact same solo pair? Like when the right one is shrunk in the dryer, the left one can still be together with another right one."

Eunbin flicked her forehead. "What are you talking about? It's weird." She finished chewing her noodles in her mouth. "The socks are perfectly fine together, why there should be another replacement? I don't think people sell solo socks."

"I know. That example is why I'm questioning my prediction." She took another shot. Then, like a lightning struck her head, she figured something. "Ah! What if the left one doesn't realise that it's not with the right match? What if they're been too long to even notice that their colours are different by two numbers down, and that its true match is out there all alone. Even if they have the same shape and size, the current right one is not its match."

Eunbin was at loss for words. "It's the turpentine, isn't it? Tell me how much you inhaled that oil in the studio."

"See? That's why I can't tell you. How annoying." She emptied the soju bottle and checked her phone. She suddenly smiled from ear to ear.

"What is it now? It's creepy." Eunbin took a bite of noodle from Yeeun's untouched bowl.

"I got another blinddate this Wednesday! Mina-unnie says one of the guys is an idol trainee. He must be good looking."

Eunbin rolled her sleeves and flicked Yeeun's head with her chopsticks.
