"Captain, Mr. Scott has found something in the wreakage." Spock told Kirk.

Kirk stood up, pulling me with him. All three of us ran out of the building to meet Scotty. He was holding what looked like a small breif case.

"You'll never guess what I have found!" Scotty told us, excitedly.

"What is it?" I asked, holding Kirk's hand and looking at the thing Scotty had.

Scotty shifted it in his arms. "Well, the way the bastard got away is with this. A protable beaming device!"

Spock started to talk. "But where-"

"Where is he going?" Kirk cut him off and finished his sentence for him.

Scotty sighed. "That's the problem, sir. He's going to the one place that we cannot go..."

I looked at the coordinates on it. 43.89.26.05 "Jim, he's in Kliingon space."

Kirk swallowed hard and looked at Spock and I both.

                                  -2 Hours-

Kirk was back in his grey uniform that he had worn last night. Spock was in one as well, standing on the left of Kirk and I stood on Kirk's right in one as well. In front of us sat Admiral Marcus. There were multiple figures of space shuttles to star ships on a small table to his right. Everything from the Apollo, Challenger to the Enterprise.

"Sir, I request permission to go after John Harrison." Kirk told him.

The Admiral looked at him then at Spock and I. "I can't allow you to do that, son." He looked back down at some papers.

Spock stood there, unmoving.

"You don't even know where he is, sir." I blurted out. I knew Kirk wanted to get him for revenge.

He picked his head up and looked at me. "And where is he?"

Kirk nervously bit his lip and bit before speaking. "Klingon space."

The Admiral looked at him again. "You aren't going. This isn't your concern. I understand you're upset about Pike dying. But do you know who convinced HIM to join Starfleet? I did, Kirk."

Spock continued to stand unmoving. I knew he was absorbing this and was trying to come up with something clever to say. I rolled my eyes, not letting the Admiral see me do it.

"Sir, I will take my own ship. I will take my crew and -" Kirk said before the Admiral cut him off.

"And what son? Risk everyone's life? Just to get back some criminal?! I can't let you do that!" He spat back.

I looked over at Kirk. He was getting upset but was holding it in.

"Admiral, sir. I believe you should listen to Lieutenant Kirk." Spock finally said.

I blinked in surprise, but smirked and so did Kirk when Admiral Marcus took his eyes off him and to Spock.

Admiral Marcus took a long sharp breath in. "I won't allow it. Now please leave. I have things to do." He looked back down at his papers.

Kirk turned around and bumped me with his arm, telling me to walk. Spock followed us as well.

When we were out of the building, Kirk took my hand in his. For some reason he didn't like to show that we were together when we were around the Admiral. Did he know we were together? Yes, he did. I'm not sure if he liked it or not, but there wasn't anything he could do. What was he going to say? Employees can't have relationships together? Yeah, that wasn't going to work. I guess Kirk just liked to make it look like we were still performing professionally.

"Jim, what are we doing?" Spock asked him.

"We are going to get John Harrison." He told him.

"But didn't you hear what Admiral Marcus just said?" Spock said, picking up his pace and walking next to Kirk now.

Kirk nodded his head. "Yup! And I don't give a shit!"

We walked into another building to gather up the crew and get read to go up into space to board Enterprise.
