Chapter 4

Being shaken awake by a yelling Jaren, "Spence get up!""Moaning and throwing the pillow over my face I croak out a "Nooo" atleast that's what I tried to get out. I'm so not a morning person and I dont know what time it was but I'm a bear to get up. Jaren often said it was like waking the beast.  It gets ugly. Feeling him grab me by the waist I'm drug out of the middle of the bed and made to sit up on the side, I finally get my eyes to open "Spence baby Get the fuck up!" finally able to gain focus and clear my sleepy gaze I Look up and see hard eyes and an angry Jaren. He's frantically grabbing sweats and sweatshirts out of his drawer walking across the room "Lift your arms amore mio" Whining "I dont want to Jare. Im still tired" growling he rolls up the sweatshirt and spats "just lift your fucking arms Spence and listen to me for once!" And thats when I hear yelling and running from upstairs. Someone yelling "Freeze get down on the floor!" looking up in Jaren's eyes I see anger and fear "Baby in about 2 minutes FBI are gonna be down here and if one of those bastards see's you naked you know Im gonna kill them. So do me a favor and help me out would ya?" He says softly.
Lifting my arms he slides on his 2 times too big senior sweatshirt. He's then lifting me to stand and sliding up his sweatpants and rolling them at the waiste so they fit me. My hearts pounding out of my chest. Im frozen in place and my body starts shaking I manage a whisper "Jare" as I hear more running and doors banging as if being kicked open. This time coming from down the hall.
You see Jarens dad is Mafia and when I say mafia I mean hes the boss the fucking king. Not many people knew that but I did and so did mom. Jaren seeing my fear grabs me pulld me to him. My arms wrap around his waiste. His arms around my back holding me tightly and cupping the back of my head as my face is being pushed to his chest. I breathe in his scent, trying to catch my breath. I feel his lips on the top of my head and then him pulling his head away from mine to cradle my face "look at me baby. I will never let anything bad happen to you amore mio, you know that right?" Nodding my head cause I couldn't catch my breath to speak. I knew this could be a possibility one day but It never really dawned on how real it was. As the door bangs open the FBI have their guns drawn pointing at us telling us to put our hands up Jaren never lets go of me, he just tightend his hold and told them that I had nothing to do with any of this. Then macho cop points his gun at Jaren, "Let her go and get on the fuckin ground now!" Thats when I lost it, sobbing I break out of Jarens arms "Please Jaren, its ok" He gives the agent a hard cold stare and growls "Dont fucking touch her, shes innocent" as  he gets down on his knees hands behind his head. The agent then proceeds to throw Jaren to the floor placing his knee to his back bringing his arms behind his back antagonizing " We got us a tough guy now dont we? How tough are we now huh?" "Tough enough to fuck your mom bitch" I see anger radiating off Jaren and pain etching across his face as the cop pulls his arms back even farther almost to breaking point. Seeing Jaren in pain was too much I went bat shit crazy, Screaming as Im running across the room "Stop it!" "Your fucking hurting him you fucking prick!" "Stop it!"  Another agent I didnt even register being in the room slides behind me and grabs me by the waist throwing me on the bed face down with my arms behind my back. Im still screaming for the cop to let Jaren up. When I hear Jaren threatening "I told you not to Fucking touch her. Im gonna break your fucking arms If I dont kill you first!" T Knowing Jaren he'd do just that and I wasn't ok with it. So I put my big girl face on and stopped struggling "Its ok Jare Im ok" Tears rolling down my face I look him straight in the eyes and say "We're gonna be ok baby, we're gonna be fine, Ill see you in a few hours right?"
