The scent of cold rain fills my
lungs, gives me a soothing sense
of euphoria. The rain pits against our
close bodies. The dampness surrounds
our harmonically swaying bodies.
I see nothing but the astonishing
human being standing standing directly in front
of me. The sad thing is, none of this is real,
it will never be real. So here i stand
all alone in the middle of a crowded sidewalk,
with nothing but the scent of rain on dry earth.
