When I close my eyes, I see an
array of lights forming. I am transported
to an undiscovered land, one I know all
too well. In this lustrous earth, there are
colors us humans dare not to attempt to
imagine. With this land you don't try, they
pop out and scream. This land is my favorite
not for the booming iridescence, but
because you still exist to me here. Your
breath still lingers upon my neck, still sends
shivers upon my spine. Your lungs still expand
and collapse at the same pace as mine. I am
in a land of pure bliss, with you directly beside
me. I am free at last in a world of color.
But, my euphoria only lasts until I awake, for
when I awake, my last moments with you
will die with every memory of this
torturous land.
