School went by fast, all I could think about is James, James, James.
After school I walked down the hallway to the school entrance pushing through the pool of kids in the hallway... Which didn't bother me of course, nothing could get in the way of my perfect mood.
Attempting to get out of the place, I was stopped and pulled into a group of girls.
The populars.
"Hey, Julia, right?" Asked a girl smiling.
"Yeah," I said, snapping out of my thoughts.
"Yes! She's the one!" Said another.
What the hell was going on here?
"Well in that case, I'm Summer. We heard about how Mr. Hot stuff asked you out today. You are so lucky!"
"Yeah!" The group echoed.
"Yeah, so?" I asked, pulling from their grasp.
"Anyways, just know that James Yates and YOU... It just doesn't work out. All I'm saying is... Watch out. Because a girl like you can be broken easily. We'll see you on Monday!"
"Yeah. On Monday," the group echoed again.
I am left speechless and in shock.
What the hell was their problem? I'm hanging out with James today, and nobody can keep me from it.
