Hello again!!! So what are your thoughts on the engagement of Dean and Aria??
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"What are our parents going to think?" I asked as we laid in his bed. Dean chuckled and ran his finger down my arm.
"They didn't agree at first but they came around." I sat up and looked at him.
"They know?" He pushed my hair behind my ear.
"I asked for permission first."
"God, I love you." I leaned down and kissed him. He then flipped us over. I laughed and he stopped kissing me. I put my hand on the side of his face, wondering how I got so lucky.
"What?" I asked as he kept his eyes on me. She shook his head softly.
"You're absolutely beautiful." I blushed and looked away. "And you're cute, especially when you do that." He pressed his lips to mine. "I can't wait to be married to you, Aria Gordon." I pushed him away.
"Wait. So you're telling me that the wedding we had when we were five didn't count?" He put his forehead to mine.
"That was our practice run."
"I don't know. I mean that one was pretty great." I whispered and put my hands in his hair. He laughed and kissed my nose.
"I promise you that this wedding I won't have grape jelly on my shirt." We both laughed.
"Guys?" Dean said. He shut the door and then we walked into the kitchen. Mom, dad, LeeAnn, and Steve were in the kitchen making lunch. I looked outside to see Lily and Nora playing on the swing set.
Mom looked down to my hand then to me and Dean. I squeezed his hand and he smiled.
"I said yes." Before I could take another breath mom and LeeAnn attacked me in a hug.
"Where's your ring?" LeeAnn asked confused. I looked to Dean.
"I-uh-" Steve looked to him. "I was going to do this later, but I guess now is fine."
"Lily! Nora! Get in here!" LeeAnn yelled. Dean looked at me and smiled, which I returned although I didn't know what he was going to do.
"Big brother!" Lily ran to him and hugged his leg.
"Is it happening?" Nora asked. Okay, now I have an idea.
"What's happening?" Lily asked.
"Come here sweetheart." Steve said picking her up. His whispered something in her ear and she smiled. Dean reached into his pocket and pulled out a little black box.
I looked up to him and he smiled again. He got down on one knee and took a breath.
Yep, this is what he was doing. But this time it was down on a knee. With the actual ring.
"Why are you so nervous? She already said yes." Mom asked excited. He smiled and looked down the the box.
"Mom." She put her hands over her mouth containing her words and excitement.
"I had this whole thing planned, but I forgot it." He opened the box. "When I remember I'll tell you." I nodded and he cleared his throat. "Will you marry me, Aria Gordon?" He asked. I smiled.
"Yes!" I said excitedly. Even though this was his second time asking it was still so exciting. He smiled and pulled the ring out. Oh it was so beautiful. It was simple just the way I would've wanted it.
Dean grabbed my hand and slowly put the ring on my finger.
"What the hell is going on?" Sophie asked. I looked over and with her was Isatu and Gavin. I smiled and Dean stood up.
"We're getting married." Isatu ran over and hugged me while jumping up and down.
"I can't believe it! This is so amazing!" She left me and then hugged Dean.
"When?" Sophie asked after hugging me. I looked at Dean and then to everyone.
"We talked about it earlier and we would like to do it in June." LeeAnn's mouth fell open.
"That's less than two months."
"We know." I said. Dad looked over to mom. "We've talked about it, believe us." Dean wrapped his arm around me.
"A few weeks after graduation we will get married and then go on our honeymoon. After we come back it'll be time to move into our apartment near UCLA. Get used to being on our own and being in the city. Then we go to college."
"You're sure?" Steve asked. Did none of them believe us or something?
"Completely." Dean told him. Steve smiled and walked up to us.
"You'll finally be legally apart of our family." I laughed and got on my tip toes as I hugged him.
"We have to start planning now." Mom said getting nervous. I looked up to Dean and he kissed my forehead.
"We'll get through this."
"Hopefully." I said under my breath. He chuckled and looked to our friends.
"You good man?" He asked Gavin.
"Uh yeah. Just a lot to take in." Isatu rolled her eyes.
"Guys get in the kitchen and take over. Us girls have a wedding to plan." LeeAnn said and pulled me away from Dean.
"How's my girl?" Dean asked as he saw me.
I wrapped my arms around him and buried my head in his chest. He put his arms around me and swayed us back and forth.
"That bad?" I shook my head.
"Just tired." He kissed my head.
"Aria?!" Mom screamed.
"We still have a lot to do, sweetheart." LeeAnn yelled. I groaned and Dean laughed.
"They're crazy." Sophie said coming into the kitchen. "You're mom told me to come find you and if I'm not back in two minutes then I couldn't help anymore." I looked up to Dean.
"Why did we decide to tell them tonight?" He kissed me.
"After dinner we can go back to my house." Sophie cleared her throat. "All of us."
"Thank god."
"ARIA! SOPHIE!" Sophie's eyes widened and she ran away before coming back and grabbing me.
