All of you probably hate me for the slow updates... I know. It's alright though, I know you all love the updates.... But this one may not be as long. Sorry!
Thank you for reading this story!
Love, El

The sun woke me up today. Which is weird because usually the little window in the cabin doesn't have the sun shining through. I opened my eyes to see the blue sky. Panicking, I sat up and looked around.
"Dean," I said about to lose it. When he didn't move I hit him.
"What?" He asked, rubbing his eyes as he sat up.
"Please tell me what you see." I began to pick the sides of my thumb. Something I did when I was nervous.
"Fuck."
"Is that all you can say?" I threw my arms out and motioned around us. "We are stuck in the middle of the ocean! How do we get back to the boat? Do they know we're gone?"
"Shut up." Dean said touching my knee.
"Shut up?" I looked closely to the hot, yet stupid boy. "We are in the middle of the ocean." I yelled. "No body can hear us."
"Why didn't you wake me up then?" He yelled. So he is going to blame this on me? No way in hell buddy.
"Like I knew we were going to fall asleep."
"Maybe if you weren't such a cry baby we wouldn't be on this position." I opened my mouth to say something, but decided against it. I turned around and looked out to nowhere.
"What the hell are we supposed to do now?" Dean asked. After a minute he stopped moving around the boat. "Look!" I looked in the direction that he was pointing in. "Is that an island?"
"I don't know." I mumbled.
"Let's head that way." He plopped down on the bench and paddled us towards there.
If its not an island and he wasted all of this time, I will not be a happy camper. Lets hope that Dean is really seeing a island. God, I hope so.
I don't know how long it's been since we left that spot, but all I know is that Dean was right. It is an island.
"It's an island." Dean said super excited. Why? I have no idea. Just because its an island doesn't guarantee protection or anything. Sure there may be some trees to hide us from storms or fruit growing on trees for us to eat. But there could also be animals that are vicious or the possibility of no food.
Dean paddled us onto the shore of the island. He got out of the boat and looked to me.
"Come on."
"Dean, there are many things wrong with coming to this island." His face twisted into confusion.
"W-what?" He laughed. "It was either paddling to this island or paddling out to the middle of nowhere."
"We could've tried to follow the boat." Even I knew that was a stupid idea, but this island freaked me out. Maybe because I knew that there would be snakes. I absolutely hated the things.
"Aria, you and I both know that we could've died out there." I looked around to the parts of the island that were visible. Dean sighing made me look back at him. "Look, Air. I know you're pissed. So am I. But there's no way in hell I'm going to leave you sitting here." He reached his hand out for me to grab. I looked at it for a couple seconds. I grabbed his hand and got out of the boat. He pulled it onto shore more so it wouldn't float away.
