Four and a half hours later, I was decked out in a white button up shirt, a black vest, black dress pants and a black blazer. My poppy red hair was tied back in a low pony tail, and the black heels I wore nearly killed me. The air of confidence emanating off me was enough to get me past the front gates, the briefcase in my hands enough to get me past the security enforcers. There was no way I was going to get past facial recognition, let alone the DNA scanner, so I sidled up to a young guard and gave him a tight, professional smile.
