Peter Maximoff left his home soon after his mother gave him a warning about his biological father, Magneto. He began to run towards where the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters was, and even stopped on the way to snatch up some food. Peter wanted to finally reconcile with his father, even though they did have a brief conversation ten years prior. That was Peter's main goal when he reached the school, although, he also had someone else on his mind.
It had been five years since Peter Maximoff had laid his eyes on the extravagant Lydia Xavier. Lydia had just been too busy working at the school to go out and spend time with him. Although, Peter could have easily ran to the building to see her within minutes, but he just didn't want to distract her. Peter was ecstatic to finally see her beautiful face again and to see how much Lydia had changed.

As Peter ran towards the school, he felt something off when he saw it. Apart from the kids in the yellow car in front of him, one with blue skin and a tail, Peter felt as though something bad was happening to the school.

After throwing away his food and briefly looking at the business card of the school, Peter dashed off towards it.
