Meanwhile....
"You need me to what?!" Ludwig questioned. "I need you to help me work on this time machine!" Iggy repeated. "A time machine? Have you really lost it now, Iggy? There's noway to travel back in time!" Ludwig stated, walking out the room.
"But! But......Alright! Doubt me! Just wait till I rule over and in the present YOU'LL BE SERVING ME!" Iggy shouted, frowning. Ludwig rolled his eyes, as he walked down the hallway.
'What other genius is there out there?' Iggy wondered, glancing through the window. He then noticed Luigi's Mansion in the dark forest. His face then lit up. "That crazy Dr. E. Gadd!" Iggy exclaimed, before turning to the door and running out the room, only to bump into Wendy.
"Grrr! You wear glasses don't you?! Use your eyes!" Wendy snapped, rubbing her head. Iggy groaned before glancing at her, and getting another idea. "Uhh...Wendy! I need you to come with me!" Iggy blurted out.
"What for?" Wendy questioned. "Just....I'll tell you when we get there!" Iggy exclaimed, picking her up, and running out the castle. "Let go of me!" Wendy shouted angrily, while kicking her feet.
"If you shut up I'll buy ya something!" Iggy stated, trying to calm her. "You will? Ok! Now raise the steaks!" Wendy growled. "Uhh...I'll play tea party with ya?" Iggy suggested. Wendy grinned. "Deal!" She stated.
As they reached the Mansion, he put her down. "What? Why'd you bring me here?" Wendy asked, confused. "Just stay quiet for a second.." Iggy whispered, taking the door knocker and hitting it against the door.
The door then opened, and lightning flashed as Professor E. Gadd appeared, grinning. "Hello there! Koopalings? What're ya doing out here?" He questioned, glancing from left to right.
"Uhh..I need your help. I need help in building a time machine." Iggy explained. "A time machine you say? Well, they say four lenses are better than two! Sure! I can help!" The Professor grinned.
"Really? Great! Have a lab we could use? My machine is a bit filled with whack, it needs some fixing." Iggy stated. "Sure! Bring the machine in, and I can fix it in a jiffy!" E. Gadd stated.
Iggy nodded before waving his scepter, and making the time machine appear inside the mansion. E. Gadd glanced at it in shock. "It's.... It's amazing!" E. Gadd stuttered. "You think so?" Iggy asked.
"I believe so!" E. Gadd stated before pressing a button. The machine suddenly began to buffer, before shooting a red beam. "GAH!" The Professor and Iggy shouted, ducking and dodging the beam.
"OWW!"
They opened their eyes, and glanced at Wendy, who was now a baby. "So that's what's whack, eh?" E. Gadd asked. Iggy slowly nodded, before running to Wendy's side.
"You're....you're a baby!" Iggy mumbled. Wendy appeared to be frowning, and threw a wrench at his face. "OWW! Sorry!" Iggy shouted, rubbing his head. For being a baby it seemed as she was still filled with strength.
"How do we fix this?!" Iggy asked. "Uhh...No idea. Maybe when I fix the time machine I can get her back to her normal age." The Professor explained. "How long will that take?" Iggy asked.
"Perhaps....a few hours? Days? Maybe a few weeks." The Professor answered. Iggy glanced at Wendy, who was slowly beginning to turn red.
"Uhh....Well, hurry! And call me when you get the results! I have to make up some excuses..." Iggy mumbled, before picking up Wendy.
"Alright." E. Gadd nodded.
As the two left, Iggy began to complain. "All I wanted was to fix that stupid machine! This is my punishment! To take care of a baby!" Iggy sighed, glancing up at Wendy who was messing with his hair.
She glanced down at him, frowning slightly, and pouting. "So...when I do get you back to your age...could you not kill me?" Iggy mumbled. Wendy stared at him, and appeared to be thinking.
As they approached the castle, Iggy began to hide her in his palm green hair. "Alright, now if you stay perfectly still, no one will get yelled at! Ok?" Iggy asked. A small sigh was heard from Wendy.
Iggy quickly made it through the halls, before bumping into Larry.
"Is that a bow?" Larry asked, spotting the top of Wendy's bow through his hair. "What? No! Uhh...What're ya doing?" Iggy asked, changing the subject. "Where's Wendy?" Larry asked. "Uhh...no idea! Bye!" Iggy shouted, running off.
Larry looked back, being left confused. As Larry heard the door of Iggy's room slam closed, he tip toed toward it. He then put his ear to the door, and listened.
"How am I gonna explain this to anyone?! There's noway you can go a whole week gone without being unnoticed! SOMEOME'S GONNA NOTICE! Well...someone already did...oh, I'm so dead." He heard Iggy say from within the room.
'Is he talking to himself?' Larry wondered. "OW! Ok! Stop throwing stuff at me! How are you even doing that?! You're a baby!" Iggy shouted. 'Baby?' Larry thought, before knocking on the door.
"Iggy! What's going on?" Larry asked. "Nothing!" Iggy shouted, before opening the door, and grinning nervously. "Who are you talking to?" Larry asked, trying to look around Iggy.
"Uhh...what?" Iggy asked. Larry frowned. "Don't play stupid! I know you're talking to someone!" Larry asked, pushing him out the way and looking around the room.
Larry then seemed confused. "You're not talking...to yourself...are you?" Larry asked. "What? No! Larry! You're hearing things! You're beginning to hallucinate! What odd pill did ya drink?!" Iggy asked.
Larry rolled his eyes. "I'm gonna find out who you're talking to!" Larry stated, slowly heading out the room.
Iggy then closed the door. "Phew...." Iggy sighed in relief, before putting Wendy down. He then heard a knock on the door. "GO AWAY!" Iggy shouted.
"Uhh...Iggy...this is my room too..." Lemmy mumbled. "Oh...sorry!" Iggy replied, opening the door. "What's wrong?" He asked.
"Uhh...well, I trust ya, so...I'll just tell ya....Well...here I go..." Iggy stated nervously, closing the door. Lemmy seemed confused.
"Remember that time machine? Well I wanted Ludwig's help, but he said no, so then I wanted to find someone else, which I did, Professor E. Gadd. I brought Wendy along for her to be the test subject, and well...she got turned into a baby...." Iggy explained, carrying Wendy.
Lemmy gasped before poking her. "A baby?! How are we gonna explain this to everyone?!" Lemmy questioned. "We're not." Iggy replied. "We aren't?" Lemmy asked. Iggy shook his head.
"But...what about when we go to school? We can't bring her! And we have no idea how to take care of a baby! And what about when people wonder where she's gone?" Lemmy questioned. Iggy thought for a moment.
"We'll find a babysitter." Iggy stated, snapping his fingers. "A babysitter?" Lemmy asked. Iggy nodded. They both glanced at Wendy who appeared to be frowning.
"Who's going to want to babysit Wendy?! They'd run away in seconds!" Lemmy stated. "Well, think about it. If Wendy is a baby, maybe they won't run as fast." Iggy stated.
"Hmm...True...Maybe we can get Peach to do it! She could be a good babysitter!" Lemmy suggested.
"Alright. We'll bring Wendy to her tomorrow in the morning." Iggy stated. Lemmy nodded. "For now let's sleep." Iggy finished. Lemmy nodded. They glanced at Wendy who was glancing right back at them.
