You blow my mind, but you're not what I want

Your hugs give me comfort but not his warmth

Your kisses are sweet but they lack the spice that I want.

"Good Morning Bianca."

"Good Morning to you too, Rebecca", I smiled.

"Someone looks very happy today for a certain someone who was behaving very grumpy yesterday", she said.

I grinned. She was right. I was extremely happy today. Nobody could wipe off that banana wide grin I sported on my face. No, not even the fact that I was supposed to work with Devon could upset me. I felt like I was on the top of the world.

"So what is the reason behind your smile, Miss Smiling Beauty?" Rebecca asked.

"Weeellllll, last night..."

"Oh my God!!! you guys finally..." Rebecca interrupted before I could finish my sentence.

"Shut up! We did nothing like that!" I snapped at her but failed to hide the faint blush spreading across my cheeks.

"Then, what the hell has happened last night that you are grinning like an idiot?" she asked excitedly like a five year old does, when asking for his/her favorite candy.

"I can tell you only when you allow me to, by not interrupting me", I said shooting a fake glare in her direction.

"Okay, okay go ahead. I won't interrupt you again."

I smiled to myself as I remembered the events of last night.

"So, where are we going?" I whined, pouting like a five year old who was denied his favorite chocolate.

"Patience is a great virtue, my dear. Hold on to it. It will yield lovely results", Raphael teased me.

"Shut up", I snapped back at him.

Raphael was taking me out for my celebratory dinner, as he had promised but that idiot downright refused to tell me to which hell he was taking me. To add on to my misery, he had blindfolded me. Ugghh!!!! I hate him... okay, I don't but you still get what I mean, right?

Finally, we arrived at the mysterious destination. He held my hand and guided me towards the place. "Slow down, there are steps here. Four to be exact." I nodded and climbed them slowly.

The mystery was killing me and I was dying to know where exactly we were but I kept my mouth shut. I knew him too well to know that the idiot wouldn't tell me a word unless he wanted too. He held my hand and guided me.

"Step inside", he said and I stepped into something which I felt like an elevator. After the hour long (and I am not exaggerating!) elevator ride, the door finally opened.

"Step out", he said holding my hand and leading me towards the right side.

"Here we are, Milady", he uttered in a faux British accent as he slowly removed the blindfold that covered my eyes.

The darkness enveloping my eyes faded as I slowly opened my eyes, taking in the magnificent sight present before me. It was absolutely breathtaking. We were at the open terrace of the residential building where we lived. The entire place had been transformed into some sort of magical fairy land. The terrace was bedecked with tiny lights and my favorite flowers, purple orchids. There was a small table for two in the centre covered with a dark purple table cloth and two wooden chairs with white cushions. At one corner, there was a live orchestra band ready to play for us. I was speechless and tears streamed down my cheeks and I felt my heart would burst with all the happiness I felt.
