You Got Mail!

I feel old with the title. Geez.

Anyway, I have a little rant about the messaging part of Wattpad.

1. Notifications

Wattpad emails you about PMs and I know that not everyone gets on their email. This may not seem like much of a problem to those who are on here often.

But it's a problem for us who are on and off active. I prefer to get on when I have a message to reply to. But I never know when I get a message because I don't get on the email that I have for Wattpad often.

I really hope they update the app to where it actually notifies you with a sound and pop up about a new pm, comment, or vote. And that you have the option to turn off each one selectively.

2. Media

Now I'm sure I'm not the only one who has tried to send a pic through pm using the club html format. And also by clicking on the little clip on the reply box.

But nothing works. And there isn't an option.

Who agrees that there needs to be an option to choose from your device's gallery to send? And to be able to use the html format? The same goes for videos. Yeah, you could send a link but not everyone's devices work the same.

One person will have trouble with the link while another has no trouble.

They added media options for the books. Why not add that to the PM system???

If I think of the other parts of this rant I had earlier, I'll make another chapter.
