It was Y/N's first day of day care which was a huge deal for her because she got kicked out of the last one she was in because she started to scare the kids because she kept saying that she saw a man with only one eye. Y/N got her mom to put her hair into pig tails and she wore her favorite overalls. She had a huge smile on her face until her mom and her were outside of the building. It wasn't that Y/n was afraid of the building it was that she was scared that the kids would pick on her for being weird. Her mom said that the daycare was made especially for people just like her. Her mom opened the door so slowly that Y/N felt like fear was devouring her alive. Her mom picked her up and walked into the building. "What if they don't like me Mom?" Y/n asked as she put her daughter down but instead Y/n grabbed her mom's leg. "Well who can hate you with your pigtails and cute little nose." Y/n's mom said while tapping on her daughter's nose lightly. "Hello welcome to Daycare half blood My name is Mr.D I am the guardians of these little monst- I mean children." The man said. He wasn't very tall for a guy but he was still taller Y/N who was only about 3 feet tall. "Hi my name is M/N and this is my daughter Y/N." M/n said while motioning to the child who was attached to her leg. "Well we will take great care of her if she lets go of your leg." Mr.D said as he tried to pry Y/N off her leg. "Well maybe if she makes a friend or two she let go. Y/N does that sound good to you?" M/N asked her daughter. Y/N only nodded as her mother walked stiffly to the area where the kids were. Mr.D opened the door to seen a girl and a boy on the floor. They stood up quickly and brush off the dirt that was on their clothes.
Jade's P.O.V
Leo and I wanted to meet the new girl that Chiron was talking about. Of course Percy said that I should wait until she got into the room but who knows how long that can take. So Leo and I decide to eavesdrops on Mr.D who hated when we did that. Suddenly I felt the door open and I felt my face hit the floor. Leo and I stood up quickly and I quickly brushed of the dirt off my teal overall dress and tried to look relaxed. "Why are you leaning on the door?" The new girl said while clinging to her mom's leg. "I wanted to meet the new girl. Are you the new girl?" I asked walking up to the girl. She nodded. "Am I scary to you? I'm sorry." I said sadly. "No it's just that I'm nervous." The girl said. "Well if you want you can be my friend that won't make you so nervous." I suggested rocking back and forth on my heels. She slow let go of her mum's leg and followed me. "That's Judy she's The most Adhd child other than the other one that fell on the floor Liam." I heard Mr.D say. "Wait right here." I said to the girl. "Miss actually my name is Jade and the other kid was Leo. He gets our names wrong all the time." I said shaking the hand of the mom of the girl. I ran back to the girl who wasn't there. I looked around and found her with Percy. Percy gave her blue cookie. She took it and she smiled. "Y/n is going to be very happy." I heard Mr.D say. "Percy can I have a cookie?" I asked. "No." Percy stated simply. "Why?" I asked. "Because." Percy said while Y/N just munched away on a cookie. "Why?" I asked again. "Jade leave." Percy said pointing to the corner.  I sighed and walked to the corner where most likely Nico was hiding. "Nico are you there?" I asked. "Hi Jade." Nico said. "Why are you hiding?" I asked. "Leo ruined my hair." Nico said poking his head out of the shadow. "Who are you talking to?" A voice asked. Nico hid again and I looked behind me to see Y/N. "Nico." I stated motioning her to sit down. "Who's Nico?" Y/N asked. "Well right now he's in the shadow." I said. "Nico can you come out I'll get a sombrero for you if you do." I said. "Will you really?" Nico asked. "Yes." I said. "Ok." Nico said and got out of the shadow. His hoodie was over his head. "Y/N this is Nico. Nico this is Y/N she's new. Now you two stay here while I'll go to Mexico." I said. Y/N looked at me as if I was crazy. "Siriusly you hear a shadow talk but when I say I'm going to Mexico you look at me as if I am crazy." I said.

Y/N's P.O.V
Jade sighed and turned into a puddle. I looked in amazement. "She'll be right back." Nico said. I nodded. "I sense less crazy in the air. Where's Jade?" I heard Percy say. "She's um in the bathroom!" Nico lied. "She left the daycare." A boy voice said. "Who are you?" I asked. "I'm Ethan." He said smiling. Jade came back with like 12 things in her hand. She handed me and Nico a hat that was way too big for my head, she gave Ethan a necklace, and then she looked up at Percy and her eyes widen. "Why did you tell him?" Jade said looking at Ethan. "Because I lied for you too. I can't tell lies all the time there has to be a balance." Ethan said. Percy picked up Jade by her overall dress. (Wow I'm making Baby Percy a jerk Sorry). "Percy leave hear alone." A girl said to Percy. "But Annabeth!" Percy whined. "She didn't do any harm did she?" Annabeth asked. Percy just shook her head. "Then put her down." Annabeth said. "Thank you Annabeth, I got you a book but it's in Spanish." Jade said. Annabeth smiled at the girl. Jade handed Percy a plate with a blue thing on it. "It's a enchilada." Jade said smiling. Percy took the plate and smiled. I think I'm going to like it here I thought and smiled.

Me:Aw this was adorable.
Nico:you think everything is
Percy: Why was I the jerk
Me:Sorry but Clarisse would have killed me
Clarisse: Aren't you supposed to be dead?
Me:*runs away screaming*
