I was sitting on the couch of the apartment that Nico and I share together. In my hand was a tiny black kitten that kept trying to pat my noes for some reason.
"Y/n I'm home how were thing at the me-" he stopped when he saw a tiny kitten in his my hands.
"What is that?" He said as he sat next to me. I smiled as I put the kitten down on the couch.
"This is Nico Jr. I honestly named him that because he was sour to everyone except for me." I said while Jr tried to get closer to Nico but he kept pushing him back.
Jr got on the floor and started to pounce on Nico's feet. Nico just picked him up.
"No don't you realize-" Nico was interrupted by Jr who meowed. "I'm the child of Hades." He finished. Jr who obviously didn't listen and instead rubbed his head against Nico's hand.
Nick just looked at me and asked "Why?"
"Because he was lonely and in a box in the rain." I said as Jr meowed again. Nico honestly gave up on trying to hate the kitten and just started to pet him.
"So cute." Y/n said while admiring her boyfriend who just blushed at the comment.
