"So what's your planning for the rest of the day?" He asks me as I wear my stripped socks.
It's 5 in the evening of Wednesday and I can't be more proud. This is the day where we tried out the costumes for the play which had been scheduled in the past two weeks. I'm so happy that the school finally agreed on this play and they found some sponsors to support the play such as the properties and lighting. Even the school got sponsors from the makeup artists to cake our faces for the play.
There may be some struggles in every rehearsal we were in but they said the perfect result comes from the hardest work. So let's just hope that the play would be great and successful. Sometimes I do afraid that it wouldn't be the same like how I've expected it to be but by everybody's support I finally got the spirit to get up and do the thing that is more important than just being a pessimistic.
Just like the person here that looks like he is messing his hair pretty badly into the bad-looking hair yet sexy. He is still talking to me everyday and Brit almost chokes me to death by not being true about our relationship. She thought that we've been in a relationship but we kept it secretly so that she wouldn't know and be so freaked out. The actual thing is no. We don't date and probably will never be. He is just... a friend. A friend that I have a feeling for. And the feeling is completely difficult.
"Probably just going to eat-out with Brit." I give him a lazy smile before standing up to my feet and walking out of my bedroom.
"Hey.." He calls me with his Mr. Know-It-All look. "Where is that smile?"
I show him my teeth by the camera before putting the phone in the corner of the kitchen cabinet where the ends of it glued to the wall. I open the refrigerry to take out the milk and pouring it down into a bowl. Pouring in my favorite cereal and take a spoonful of it inside my mouth.
"So you're mad at me for asking the smile by putting me at the corner and see you pouring the cereal without even sharing it to me?" I roll my eyes immediately and take the phone with a bowl in my other hand to put it at the kitchen island. I walk towards the other side of the kitchen island and sit on the stool.
"I'm not mad." I state it before shoving another spoonful of cereal and get the spice grater near the end of the island to stand my phone up.
He tilts his head a little and breathes out the air. "Then smile to me." I look at him expressionless face. "Come on. Show me one." He chuckles and shows me how to smile as if teaching me how to.
I give him a small smile and shove another spoonful again to my mouth. "Hey, where is the Savannah I know?"
"I'm still the same person." I don't know what he is trying to do but whenever he does this, is only when I'm sad nor insecure. I'm still fine with myself and nothing's wrong. I'm just.. well, I'm just fine.
"Then prove it to me, Sav." He is so serious. "Smile to me."
"You don't want to piss off Ms. Betty again, don't you?" And that makes me smile.
Ms. Betty is someone he actually played whenever he is with me. Like he has this wig and it's a short hair cut wig that will make him look like an old grandma with the big glasses. The first time I saw Ms. Betty is when I just woke up with my droopy and sleepy eyes then I got a call from Tyler. When I accepted the call which was a FaceTime call, Ms. Betty was the one who took the charge of his phone. I swear I screamed and he laughed his ass off at me. He pretended himself like a grumpy and old grandma and that's so idiotic. Well, but at least it made him happy. He was using the female voice that was not even so close to how female voice sounded like. And that was the first time I've ever seen Ms. Betty.
