"Deeeeeej!"

"Uh, hi Kath.What's up?"

Nakita ko si Deej na papasok pa lang ng gate kaya tinawag ko siya. Asdfghjkl, nakakainlove pa din siya tingnan as usual. After naman nung "kiss" na yun, he acted as if walang nangyari samin. At first, medyo nairita pa ako but, then naisip ko. Bakit naman ako maiirita? It's not like first kiss ko yun eh. So I did the same, acted as if nothing happened. It's been more than two weeks since then so it doesn't bug me as much anymore.

And I'm just really happy kasi mas okay na kami ngayon. Mas komportable na siya sakin, I guess? Sabi na eh, nahihiya lang talaga siya nung una. Ha, I knew it. Cute little puppy.

"Aray naman." may nakabunggo kasi sakin kaya nalaglag ko yung book na dala ko.

"Sorry!!" sigaw nung babae habang tumatakbo pa din? May hinahabol ata?

Nung nalaglag yung libro ko, nakatayo lang dun si Deej tapos naglakad na ulit. Kaya ako na lang pumulot. Duh, bakit naman si Deej papapulutin ko? Alalay ko lang siya? Though, it would've been nice kung pinulot niya para sakin. Charot, arte!

What! Bigla na lang ako inakbayan ni Deej. Uyyy, uyyyy. Kuryente ba tawag dun? Napupuno na kasi dito sa halls. May parang nagkakagulo ata dun? Oh well, pake ko sa kanila? Haha, nakaakbay sakin si Deej. Shete to oh em to the gee. Totoo na talaga to. It feels amazing that he's finally acknowledging my presence. And siya na yung kumkilos mag isa niya.

Nakarating na kami sa first class namin. Blockmate ko nga kasi. Pagpasok namin, almost lahat nanduon na. Kasalanan to ni Deej eh, laging late dumating. Muntik na din tuloy ako malate ng dahil sa kanya. Pero ayos lang, si Deej naman eh. Everything for Deej.

------ 3rd Person's POV -----

"Guys, this is Quen. Quen this is Sofia, and boyfriend niya, si Tim."

"Ohh. Nice to meet you Tim, nice to meet you Sofia" Quen greeted them with a handshake which made Kath smile in turn. Ang bait kasi talaga ni Quen and he's really polite, unlike Deej.

"You too 'tol. Upo ka." Tim replied and gestured for Quen to take a seat.

 

The four of them spent their lunch period talking and sharing things with Quen. They want to make him feel as welcome as he should be, and he managed to fit in with them with no problems. He just has this friendly vibe and can become friends with anyone in their school if he wanted to. Similar to Sofia.

 

Quen tapped Kath's shoulder which caused her to snap out of what she was thinking of. She then realized that everyone's attention in that table were all on her.

"Ano? Bakit?" she asked since she was a little confused. Her mind was out of focus and she definitely wasn't paying attetion to what they were talking about.

"Pustahan oh, si Deej na naman iniisip niyan!" She just rolled her eyes and smiled while everyone else laughed at what Sofia said. Her mouth was shut because there was nothing that she could have denied. What Sofia said was true.

"Nasan nga pala siya ngayon? Diba dapat kasama natin yung boyfriend mo? Kath ha, hindi mo pa pinapakilala sakin yan! Uupakan ko yun pag may iba. O baka naman si Quen boyfriend mo?"
