When I wake, I feel Jonah's fingers softly running through my hair. I turn to the other side and look into his beautiful eyes. "Look whos finally up." He smiled at me. I smile back. The feeling of waking up next to him is priceless.

He looked a lot younger now that his facial hair was shaved. I was glad he cleaned it up- it looked like it hadn't been touched in months before.

I glace over at the clock. 11:09 AM. "And look whos gotta get to work." I stretch and jump out of bed. I pull on a pair of jeans and my uniform shirt. "See you when your shift comes." I kiss him goodbye and walk downstairs. Bella is barely ever home anymore and she doesn't really care what I do so Jonah has been staying the night. He said the rent on his house expired and he is searching for a new one.

I catch Bella walking in the house on my way out. She is holding a black suitcase. "Whats that for?" I asked. "I thought you were supposed to be at work?" She hesitated. "Yeah I'm running a little late." I sighed. "Better get to it then don't wanna lose your job." She patted me on the back and headed upstairs.

When I arrive at work, my boss is shaking her head. She is Russian, and in her early 30s. "Get to work." She steps outside to light a cigarette. I haven't talked to anyone from school after what happened with Jonah at the hotel. I also haven't exactly told Theo about Jonah. I should go back to school tomorrow. But I wont. I need to keep an eye on Jonah. I am worried to even leave him at the house for a few hours. When I finally had the courage to discuss the cocaine he barely opened up to me. He told me "I won't do it anymore baby." But he wasn't looking me in the eye.

I try to push away the thought and head to the cash register. I ring up an old lady. The bell on the door rings and someone walks in. I am surprised to see Imogen followed by Theo. My first instinct is to hide behind the counter. But its too late, they're already walking up to me.

"What brings you guys here?" I say and fake a smile. "Where the hell have you been?" Imogen asks. "I um.. I just took the week off to help Bella get back on her feet." I lied. "Oh okay..." Imogen looks away. Theo pushes her closer to me. "And she has something to say to you. "I'm sorry... about what I did. I really am. You should come back to school. Before rumors spread." She sighed. "Yeah.. I'll see if I can. "Alright." We hug and she walks outside.

"Can we talk for a second?" Theo asks. "Sure.." I mutter. "I don't think things are gonna work out. You're too much for me. I'm sorry." He frowns and walks out. "What the hell" I say under my breath.

About two hours go by and Jonah shows up to work. He works the cash register and I organize the shelves. "I think I might quit." He says out of no where in the empty store. "What?? Why? How will you make money?" I ask. "Get back into selling." He says confidently. "Selling what...?" He digs into his backpack and pulls out a big ziplock bag filled with cocaine. "What the fuck Jonah! Do you know how much trouble you can get into for that?!" I swipe it out of his hand. "Have you done any?" I asked. "Maybe I did." He crosses his arms. I dart into the bathroom and dump it in the toilet. He follows me in. "What the fuck is your problem do you know how much that was worth!!" He yelled. "Your fucking life is worth way more than a million bags of that bull shit." I snapped. "Are you trying to kill yourself?!" I say but the end comes out as a croak and tears are flowing down my eyes. "Why does it matter." He walks away and I hear him open the door to the exit.
