Dance with Vampires

Chapter 5

Tuesday afternoon

ALYA: I'm looking forward to what kind of training Tikki and Renni give us, girl.

MARINETTE: I know. I just hope I won't mess up on anything. You know how clumsy I am.

ALYA: Don't worry about it. Even you do mess up, who's going to be there to laugh or make fun of you for it. Chloe, Sabrina, and Lila aren't going to be with us. So, that's a plus one.

After gathering the things they'd need, Marinette and Alya went on their way to Tikki and Renni's household to begin training.

Tikki and Renni's house

(Marinette rings the doorbell and Tikki answers it)

TIKKI: It's good to see you both. Please, come in. You can set your things down on the table here for now. Follow me and we'll begin training.

Tikki took Marinette and Alya to the back of the house, where Renni was finishing up creating what looked to be a circle with different symbols and markings.

ALYA: So, what do we do first?" Alya asks.

RENNI: Step into the circle, and we'll be taking you to an interdimensional training room that we created years ago.

MARINETTE: OK.

After stepping into the circle, Renni and Tikki recited a spell. As they did so, the circle began to glow and form a semi-circle around them all, eventually transporting them to the training room Renni mentioned earlier.

(Marinette and Alya's jaws drop)

ALYA AND MARINETTE: WHOA!!

MARINETTE: So, what's our first lesson?

TIKKI: The first things we're going to teach you both are how to transform, summon your weapons, and combat skills.

ALYA: So, what do we do to summon our weapons?

RENNI: Watch Tikki as an example.

TIKKI: TIKKI, MASTER OF IMAGINATION!

Once Tikki says those words, her bracelet glows, and her clothes change. Her pink and red dress changed into a long white and red dress with light pink. And in the end, she summoned a scepter that was her weapon,

(Marinette and Alya's jaws drop)

RENNI: Do you both want to learn how to do that?

ALYA: No. We NEED to learn how to do that!!

RENNI: When transforming into your designated attire, you need to channel the energy you have inside you as you chant the words that you use to transform, much like Tikki did.

MARINETTE: OK. So, what are we masters of?

TIKKI: Marinette, you're the master of Good Luck. Alya, you're the master of Illusions.

RENNI: Would either of you like to give it a try?

ALYA: I guess I'll try. (walks to the middle of the training room)

As Alya did as she was told, she channeled the energy inside her, and as she did, both her earrings and necklace began to glow orange. Until finally...

ALYA: ALYA, MASTER OF ILLUSIONS!!

The minute she said those words, her transformation began. Her regular clothing changed into an orange suit with a white section going down the front. Her forearms and lower legs are solid black. Wrapped around her waist is an orange sash based off of a fox tail. Coming from her back is a fake fox tail with an orange line.
