Christmas

I laid in bed, sleeping quite soundly. I only heard Vegeta's heartbeat. I snuggled up close to my prince, he then put his arm around me.

It was nice having Vegeta back. I missed him so much.

I was all cozy and warm, anticipating that Harmony would wake me up like any child on Christmas.

But to my surprise, Harmony didn't come up and bug us about Christmas. I only heard the sound of a stereo, some music was playing. Couldn't really tell what artist or song, but it was music.

I listened for a bit, figuring out what it was. But I couldn't put a finger on it.

"What are you doing, Katarina?" Vegeta mumbled as he pulled me closer.

"I am just listening the the music that Harmony must be playing. I can't figure it out." I said and Vegeta seemed to listen to the music too.

"The song does sound familiar. But I am not as much of music person, compared to you." Vegeta mumbled, I sighed. Whatever that song was, I hoped to be able to figure it out sooner or later.

As I laid in bed, I kept listening to two things, Vegeta's heartbeat and the music.

The music was now in a interesting kind of beat and I knew that tune. I just couldn't name it.

After awhile I was ready to wake up, but Vegeta wasn't...

"Come on..." Vegeta begged. "Can we just stay here all day?"

"No, Vegeta, we need to get up. Come on, Lazy Prince." I said as I got out of bed.

Vegeta stayed in bed. He wasn't for long...

I went to the other side of the bed and lifted it, making Vegeta fall on the floor.

"I told you. You are getting up..."

He just groaned on the floor for a bit. I threw him his bathrobe.

"Come on, Vegeta! Harmony is better than you!" I said and that got him up. I chuckled as a went down the stairs, a annoyed Vegeta behind me.

"Morning Momma and Daddy!" Harmony said as she sat by the counter with Whis.

"I brewed some tea, Lady Katarina. And don't worry, we didn't open or peek." Whis said and winked.

"So, you two were the ones playing music, huh. What was the song?" I asked, curiously.

"It was Absolute Beginners! I thought you knew it all, Momma!" Harmony giggled and started to chuckle myself.

"Well, it was like... 5 A.M. And I was not really awake." I said, defending myself.

"So, Momma, are we going to open presents?"

"We will, alright."

"Yay!" And Harmony ran around, Vegeta chasing after her. Whis handed me my cup of tea, giving me that Hey, you are going to need this look.

"Alright boys, we better get cracking, we have a few other houses to go to for Chistmas!" I said as we dived into opening presents.

Harmony opened up a small box from Whis. There was pretty hair combs inside.

"Whis! Thank you! I love it!" She said as she put the combs in her hair, making her hair a little less messy.

I opened a small box too from Whis. In the box was two beautiful combs inside, just like Harmony's.

"Aw, now Harm and I match. Thank you, Whis!" And he smiled.

Then Vegeta opened a small box from Whis. "This better not be hair combs..." and we all burst out laughing.
