First Day Of School

(Harmony's POV for this chapter only)

I flew off to Pan's with that song stuck in my head. That was such a good song...

Once I got to Pan's I saw Goku Jr and Vegeta Jr. 

"Hey, Harmony! Are you ready?" Goku Jr said and I was still humming to that wonderful song. "Hello!? Earth to Harmony!" Vegeta Jr said and I smiled. "Yeah? I am here. I just have a song stuck in my head and it has a word my momma said not to say."

"What's the word?"

"Tramp"

"That ain't a bad word, that's the name of the boy dog in that story. Lady and the Tramp."

"Oh! I thought I heard that word before. But momma said not to say it in public..."

"Maybe some people don't like that book. I don't see why..."

"Who knows... but I am not going to say it any more because momma told me not to say it." I said and the boys shrugged it off.

Then we continued to walk to school, Goku and Vegeta Jr on each side of me.

"I wish I knew another song by that guy that wrote Rebel Rebel..."

"Wait! We can ask the music guy! He knows a lot about music. My mom asked that guy about all these different groups and they we talking for hours." Vegeta Jr said and I thought about it a little. "Well... should we go? Then you can get a different song stuck in your head." Vegeta Jr said and I shook my head.

"We should go to school than go see the music guy after school." I said and Vegeta Jr shrugged it off and we went on our way.

As we walked on the sidewalk to the school, I noticed that tune again. Do do dododo do do do. It was Rebel Rebel.

"Do you hear that?"

"Hear what? All I hear are cars, bikes, and us talking." Goku Jr said and I shrugged it off, I must have had that song stuck really far.

We then went into the school, I could still hear that music in my head.

"Hello! You must be Harmony. It's wonderful to meet you. I am your teacher Mrs. June." The teacher said and she gave me a big smile. "I see you know Vegeta and Goku, so I think you will be fine with making new friends." She kept on talking...

She then showed me to my seat, I had all my books in my desk and a sharpened pencil in the pencil grove.

"Class, we have a new student. Please introduce yourself please." Mrs. June asked and I stood up and faced the class. The other eyes were on me, all of them stareing.

"I am Harmony, and I am 10 years old. I have many hobbies and my dreams for the future... I have a lot of dreams." Then I sat down and everyone looked at me.

After a few hours it was lunchtime. I got my lunch pail, sat in between Vegeta Jr and Goku Jr.

"So, how are you liking for first day so far?" Vegeta Jr asked me and I shrugged. "I guess it's been going ok, nothing bad has happened, knock on wood."

Then some kid was getting picked on by a bigger kid. The adults not seeing it at all. I stood up, then Goku Jr out his hand on my shoulder. "Goku, I need to do this." I then removed his hand and walked up to the bully.

"Hey, leave him alone. That's not the way to treat someone."

Then the bully looked at me.

"What are you going to do you little shrimp? You are just a girl."

"And thank all the Kai I am. It helps make opponents wonder and think something different."

"You don't scare me!"

"I am not expecting to. Just let the boy go." And he then kept holding on to the boy's collar.

"That's it... you better let him go or I will-"

"Will what? Beat me up?"

"No, I don't believe in violence in public. It's just plain rude."

"What are you going to do, huh?" He said and he looked at me, wondering what I will do.

I then took a piece of paper, folded it and held it in my hands.

"Here, I hope we all can go in peace."

I held out my hands to him and opened them. A paper crane was inside my hands and he took it from my hands and smiled.

"Please, do not be a bully. Be a friend." And he smiled at me.

"No one has ever been nice to me before... thank you..." and he let go of the boy and he smiled at me and ran off. "Thanks, how did you know about Noah? He has been like this since he moved here." The boy said.

"Everyone needs a friend, don't you think?" I said and smiled.

"My name is Alex, it's nice to meet you. And thank you." He said and he blushed.

"Wow... that was incredible! You definitely your mother's daughter..." Goku Jr said and I blushed and chuckled.

After school Noah gave me a smile as I left the school. He then ran up to me.

"Thank you. Will you be my friend?" He said, blushing and I smiled.
"Of course, I am Harmony, it's nice to find a friend."

After we left we found the music guy like Vegeta Jr said. We walked into music store and we saw this interesting guy.

"Hey, kids, what are you doing here?" The guy said, his voice very smooth.

"Mr Music Guy, I would like to get some music by the guy who wrote Rebel Rebel."

The music guy's eyes got wide.

"Man, that man is a classic! I don't know if I have any music by him anymore. But I may have something for you." He said and he went to the back. He then returned with two things, a big thing of cardboard and a CD case.

"This has been in the back for a long time, never sold it. Since you are a fan of Stardust you can have these. From one fan to another." He said with a smile, he then handed me a cardboard sleeve thing and a CD. The CD was titled Nothing Has Changed. And the cardboard thing read The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and The Spiders From Mars.

"Oh! Thank you so much!!! I love it! Thank you so much. Are you sure you don't want money for it?"

"Nah, I don't have anything that will play those anymore. You seem to have one of those if you knew the Starman. I liked his music, he was a true artist. Take good care of it, and come back again if you need me." He said as he patted my head and I smiled. "Thank you sir!" And I bowed and he smiled.

We ran to Pan's house and my momma was there, helping making dinner.

"How was school, Harm?" Momma asked me

"Good, look what I got from the Music Guy!" And I showed her what I had.

"Wow! That is so cool! How did you get them?"

"I asked the Music Guy if he had music from the guy who wrote Rebel Rebel and he gave me this and told me to take care of it."

"That was so nice of him, did you thank him?"

"Yes, momma, I even offered to pay for it and he refused."

"Oh! You are talking about Jerry? Yeah, he is a pretty awesome guy." Bulma Leigh asked me and I was confused.

"Thats the Music Guy's real name dear, but he loves being called the Music Guy." Bulma Leigh said and I smiled.

"He has been trying to find someone to appreciate those CDs and those records too. So don't be surprised when you go back he gives you some more of those records or CDs."

When we went home my momma put a CD player in my room and put in the new CD I got.

I then heard the smooth and soothing voice of the Starman...
