"Wake up, Harm!" I yelled and then blew a air horn.
"I'M UP! I'M UP!" Harmony yelled, so confused and almost fell off the bed.
"Its time for your training! I'll make breakfast as soon as the boys get here." I said and Harmony got up, her hair everywhere. I ran out of her room and ran down the stairs, Vegeta a little annoyed.
"Why did you wake up at five in the morning?! Why did you wake me up?!"
"Well, who else would be able to give good training advice?"
"I don't do advice, you are the advice-giving one. I'll just go back to bed." Vegeta starts walking up the stairs groggily.
"Fine, no breakfast for you." He perked up and came back down. Food, it gets a Saiyan every time.
"Why did you have to wake me up that early, momma?"
"Hardcore training, my dear. There is not a lot of time, remember? Plus, it's good to train that early, cool weather, less sun, just perfect."
"Dad, did mom drink too much caffene today?" Harmony whispered to her father.
"I don't really know, Harm. I wish I did. Then I would have already stopped her."
"Why didn't you at least try?"
"Because, your mother is complicated." I turned around to face them both. They got startled and tried to act normal.
I laughed a little as I found a stool by the counter and sat on it, waiting for the boys to arrive.
A one hour later...
"When are the boys getting here?! I'm hungry!" Harmony yelled as she sat next to her father, who was wondering the same thing, probably.
"We could have slept for another hour, Katarina!" Vegeta complained and still sat there.
"They should be coming, or I'm seriously going to instant transmission to each house and waking them up myself." I said with gritted teeth, hoping they will wake up and get here to be responsible.
"I told them 5 AM. They are not here at 6... I'll be back!" I said as I happily instant transmissioned.
I went to each house and used the air horn, told them they better get to my house in ten minutes or no breakfast. They got up after a little bit then I left.
After some time, Goku Jr and Vegeta Jr came. They were tired, but they were finally up.
"You all are teenagers. Well.. for you two you're almost there. You got to learn responsibility like this. Now let's make some breakfast." I said as I finally went into the kitchen.
Vegeta was extremely happy after I entered the kitchen. I started making breakfast, which consisted of fruit salad and oatmeal.
They looked at me as if I were crazy giving them oatmeal. "What's wrong? That's a healthy breakfast so you can train. Come on, eat up. I put apple sauce and cinnamon in it." I said and they eventually ate it.
"Alright, it's time for some training. Let me get our lunches and we will go. Vegeta, I made a lunch for you that's on the counter." I loudly yelled up to Vegeta, who went up stairs to go back to bed.
"See you later my lazy prince!" I yelled and blew him a kiss, he looked at me and then continued into the bedroom.
Harmony, the boys and I packed for a little trip into the woods, where we trained when we did. Once we got there we got right to it.
"Alright. Agility is key in both dodging and attacking your opponent. Today we are going work on that important skill. I will throw rocks that each of you have to dodge. This was the same training routine Gohan used when working with Goten." I said and all of them looked a little uncomfortable with this training technique.
"Are you sure this is safe, Momma?"
"Of course, sweetie. You have to remember I am a guardian. I can heal you right up. Now let's begin." I said, causing my vines to come and pick up rocks.
"Let's go easy. When you all feel that you want to move on, let me know."
They all nodded.
"Now let's begin!" My vines threw the first rocks for each, all at different times than others.
Each of them dodged them with ease. Then got ready for the others. They were pretty good at this.
"Make it harder!" My students said as I began to make this exercise tougher on them.
"Here we go!" I said and the exercise got even harder, my students becoming extremely fast. Then a rock came flying toward me, which I caught with my hand.
"Who threw it?" I asked and no one answered, until Goku jr finally said something. "No one threw it, someone deflected it."
I was impressed by the fact Goku jr actually saw someone deflect the rock and even knowing someone deflected a rock.
"Alright, enough of this exercise. I have another one." I said as I brought out bamboo.
"These are bamboo stilts, about 3ft tall, that have straps for your feet. I actually used these when training with Vegeta one time. Everyone gets a pair of stilts." I said as I gave each of them a pair of stilts. All of them extremely shaky at first.
"Why are we doing this? This is just silly!" Vegeta jr said as he almost lost his balance.
"Balance is always important. This is to make you extremely balanced. So you could do this." I, on stilts, jumped and did a complete backflip without flying. My students' mouths were wide with astonishment.
"But, we won't be using stilts when fighting in the tournament." Vegeta Jr was telling.
"No, but from now on, we shall spar with stilts on. Balance is key. Let's do this exercise first." I said, bringing out four poles, each side has straps on them. The boys got the straps around their wrists and were very puzzled.
"What is this for?" Goku Jr asked innocently.
"This is our little game. You are both attached by those two poles on your hands. Your job is to make the other person learn to balance. But this also affects your balance too, so it teaches you as well. Harm will be my partner over here and boys you are partnered with each other. Let's go!" I said as I strapped myself to the two other poles, allowing Harmony to be attached to me.
She was still shaky but proved to be a force to be recon with. She would try to make my hand stretch out really far so I would lose balance. I counter acted that by pushing the other pole the same way to her. Harmony gave me her dad's smirk and started to push both poles, almost making me fall over.
"You are so much like your father." I told her and started walking, pulling her. She was losing balance gradually. But she powered through and tried to make me lose my balance. Suddenly she successfully made me fall down and she had a mixed expression on her face as I looked up her.
"You're doing well, Harm."
