Dialogue prompt: I've never told anyone this before...
"I've never told anyone this before but I'm going to tell you now," she waited dramatically as the self-centered boy smirked with raised eyebrows.
Ever since she had stepped into the academy doors, the brat had been following her around incessantly with a million different questions. They ranged from the weather to about why she wore her shoes that day. The teenager just would not leave her alone!
He badgered her about who she was and she could do. Of course he didn't know, but that didn't stop him from making things up on the spot. His imagination went wild with ideas on the blessed genius child she was meant to be.
She was the first one to enter the academy on pure talent alone. Something no one has done before. Nobody knew what the talent was, yet the boy seemed determined to find it.
'Ugh,' she thought while shaking her head, 'this is probably the first time a nobody has told him this.'
"Shut up."
