Mr. Bucket loved his wife. Everything about her made him smile, and his heart would fill with love. He loved her smile, her laugh, her hair, her personality, her eyes, her nose, her heart and her. He wished to show his appreciation, not in words, but a gift.

He woke up at 8 am in the morning. His wife stood by the table smiling.

"Breakfast James!" she announced. She turned her head to the elders in the bed. "George, Joe, Josephine, Georgina, there's breakfast."

Mrs. Bucket stood in a white blouse and brown pencil skirt, an apron adorned with a flower pattern. Mr. Bucket smiled. On the table sat six chipped china plates, with two pieces of dry wheat bread on it. In six glasses, there held frosty milk.  He sat in the creaky wooden chair, as Virginia brought the food to the elderly people in the bed.

He shoved the bread in his mouth and grabbed his savings jar. He ran out the door, whilst saying, "Goodbye Virginia my love. I am off to work!" he closed the door behind him and smiled. He would be off to work, except for the fact, he took a vacation day to buy his wife the perfect gift.

He walked until he arrived at the square in town, where the best shops are located. He walked into Jennings Jewelers, a nearby jewelry shop. He questioned himself. "The pearls, or the gold. Maybe the diamond."

Suddenly there came a loud voice. "JAMES IZ ZAT YOU? OH YA, IT IS!"

From the crowd emerged a large woman, very large to be exact. Margarie Gloop, Virginia's lifelong friend. She emerged wearing a large feather hat in her hair.

"James, how is Virginia, is she well?" She asked. (Except it sounded more like, "JAYMAHZ HOW EEZ VIRGINEEAH, EEZ SHE VELL?") James looked at the large woman and smiled.

"Yes, she's quite happy at the moment." He replied. Margarie smiled.

"Are you out for anything in particular?" She asked.

James shrugged. "I'm out looking for a gift for her because she makes me happy and she deserves it."

Margarie smiled happily. "Vell, I'm happy she ended up with someone like you. Someone to make her feel happy and loved." James smiled at her.

"Yes, I one day hope we may have little Virginia's and James's running around." He said longingly. Margarie looked excited.

"Oh ya, did Virginia mention, that I have a little cream bun in the oven? He's gonna be a heavy one, I can tell." James looked at her with glee.

"Oh congratulations, you'll make a wonderful mother." He replied kindly.
She walked past the crowd and on her way out the glass doors, she paused and said. "I hope to soon have a lovely young godchild on the way, James!"

James chuckled at her remark. Suddenly, he had an idea for Virginia's gift. He raced out of the glass doors and ran through the little wooden door of Brickly's Books and Bargains. He raced to the cashier, and asked, "Where are your photo albums?"

The cashier pointed to the far end of the store, and James rushed over to the section. On his way towards the register, he grabbed a shiny black camera.

He knew Virginia would love this.
