Chapter 10

"Oh. Hi." André said after he recovered from the shock.

Nilagay nya sa center table yung bowl and wiped his hands on his jeans.

"Hello." Sabi ko na lang, a bit puzzled.

"What are you doing here? Were you following me?" Sydney asked and crossed her arms on her chest.

"Uh. Excuse me?" André chuckled and cleared his throat, "well no, Sydney. I wasn't and will never do that. I'm here because I was invited here."

"André is our friend. He's been in the group for years. We're from the same school." Alex explained.

"Okayyy. André, pano naman kayo nagkakilala ni Sydney?" Tanong ni Michelle.

"Don't tell me your lovers? Or ex lovers, maybe?" Pang aasar pa ni Tin that gained a second motion from her ever supporting partner.

"What?!" Sydney scoffed. "This guy?! Hah. No, I'm not that desperate."

"Ouch pare!" Sabi ni Michael and the rest laughed.

"Oh come on Sydney, my dear. Don't you think it's too early to say that?" André smirked and winked at my best friend na iritang irita na ang fez.

"Get lost."

"Ang sama neto!" I threw her some nachos. "Pero for you guys to know, magkapitbahay lang kasi si André at ang mommy ni Sydney, where we're staying at while we're here."

"Oh really? Wow, small world." Sabi ni Chloe.

Maya maya, tuloy lang ang kwentuhan, tawanan at asaran. Syempre, di mawawala ang inuman.

And as you know, I don't drink. Kaya ayun, fruit juice na lang sakin.

Alex and I were sharing a one seater couch. Dun sya nakaupo sa arm nung chair. Minsan nakikisali kami sa usapan ng group, pero minsan din, may sarili kaming mundo.

After a couple of minutes, nagyaya si Pat ng laro.

"Okay. So I'm sure you guys are familiar with Drink or Do. Simple, kung kanino man matapat ang bote na i-spin natin, sya ang may choice kung drink or do. If she chooses do, then yung taong natapatan ng other end ng bottle ang magbibigay ng dare. But if not, she'll have to drink and suck."

"Sagwa pakinggan friend!!!" Sabi ni Michelle sabay tawa.

"Eh ganun talaga yun eh. Drink the tequilla and suck the lime!"

"Ayuuun. Naitawid!"

"I think I like that. Game! Let's do this." Sabi ni Sydney and finished her beer.

"Ikaw, sali ka?" Alex turned to me.

"Huh? Eh hindi naman ako umiinom diba?"

"Don't worry. If you choose drink I'll do it for you." Alex whispered in my ear and as usual, it sent me shivers. "So kung may awa ka sakin, syempre do na lang piliin mo." He joked.

"Sira ulo." I slapped his thigh and smiled at him, "sige basta ikaw bahala sakin ah."

If there's one thing about us, maybe yung ganito. I will never get used to Alex's sweetness. He has his own way of showing it. And parang kahit paulit ulit na lang, kikiligin at kikiligin pa rin ako.

First spin, kay Tin natapat.

"Okay. Dahil nice naman ako, I'll just ask you to give your boyfriend a lap dance. So, what's it? Drink or do?" Daniel asked.
