"Move it!"
"Get outta the way!"
"Whoooo!"
"Damn gurl, you got some moves!"
"You ain't so bad yourself!"
We burst through the double doors, flying down a set of stairs, yelling and laughing on the way down. As you can probably tell, we aren't walking or running.
We're on rollerskates.
Yeah.
I said rollerskates.
I yelled as we got through the double doors, slamming them open and; still skidding, got into maths.
"What do you two think your doing?!" Ms. Jones shrieked.
We both skated over too out places and Charlie jumped too get out of a bags way and sat down.
"Being on time for class?" The moment I said that, the bell rang, loud and clear.
Ms. Jones looked pissed, but since there where no rules involving rollerskates she just turned to the board and began writing on it.
"Page One Hundred and Ninety Four."
I've got a visitor today.
Surprising right?
Bet no one realized that I had friends, including Charlie, whose reaction was "Wait, you have FRIENDS?!"
And he wasn't joking.
I'm not sure who it is though, the woman at the desk gave me a vague description of a girl with dark curly hair and tanned skin, so I'm not sure.
I walked down the hall towards the hall and when I got inside, I stopped and stared at the girl sitting there. She giggled and waved too me, flicking her dark brown thick hair away from her tanned face.
I gritted my teeth and sat down. "Oh, why don't you make my day even better?"
"And how could I do that sweet cheeks?"
"By leaving right now, and never coming back."
"Uh!" She covered her mouth with her hand and fake gasping. "How could you say that?"
"Easily." I glared at her. "Piss off."
"Make me."
"Oh, believe me honey, I really would if I had the chance." I spat at her across the table. "What the fuck do you want?"
"Well, that was nasty!" Tanya pouted. "I just thought you should know that someone new is moving too this shithole after half term, which is like, next week."
"And who's that then?" I snarled.
She smiled at me, revealing her outer beauty and disgusting personality. "Catlin."
And that's when I leapt at her.
I tackled her too the floor, pulling my fist back and slamming it straight into her face.
"YOU PLASTIC HOE," I shrieked at her, pummelling her with my fists as I heard security running for me. "SHE'S NOT PART OF THIS!"
"She is now!" Tanya laughed and then gagged as I punched her neck, bruising her throat. I was grabbed from behind and I realized that It was Charlie, but he wasn't strong enough too match my anger.
"I'M GOING TO FUCKING KILL YOU, YOU-" I pulled out of Charlie's grip too run into a body that was becoming more and more familiar each day. "CONNOR, MOTHERFUCKIN' MOVE!" I shrieked but he just grabbed me around the waist and threw me over his shoulder. I kicked at him and screamed; pummelling my fists on his back, wishing it was Tanya's fake face. "LET ME GO!"
"Bye Haley!" Tanya laughed and I saw her wave at me, and even with blood running down her face, she was still laughing. "Say hey too Catlin from me."
"I'M GOING TO KILL YOU TANYA JAMES!" I was still fighting Connor at this point, and I was forced into the Medical Centre.
"Breath Mary." Connor ordered, seeming entertained by my fury. The nurse came in, a young woman with a headscarf and dark brown eyes.
"Should I?" She asked Connor and he nodded, smirking.
"This should calm you down." I was pinned down and I felt a needle slide into my flesh and then I passed out.
"Haley!" My sister hugged me and I stood there, cold and emotionless as she embraced me. "I've missed you so much." I pulled out of her grip and walked past her and got into the car, slamming the door behind me. She got in beside me and the taxi began too drive away. "What's wrong?"
I turned to her, trying to control my anger. "What's wrong?"
"Yeah, what's wrong Hales?"
"You mean apart from nearly getting raped, beaten up at least once a week and being a object in a gang fight? Because nothing much!" I snarled.
"Hey, it wasn't my fault-"
"You didn't even try to fucking stop them sending me there!" I yelled and saw the driver was listening in interest.
"Yes I did, you saw me phone them-"
"And the moment they mentioned cutting your allowance, you stopped!" I looked at her in obvious disgust. "You chose money, cars and nice food over your own flesh and blood."
"But-"
"But what?" I asked. "You knew exactly what it was going to be like, don't bother too deny it, I'm not a complete idiot."
"Yeah but-"
"Just shut up." I looked out the window, wiping away the condensation. "I don't even class you as a human being anymore, let alone my sister." I blinked, feeling a tear slide down my cheek. "Just like the parents aren't going to class me as anything when we get there."
