Shortly after we arrived home the movers came with all of my stuff and started unloading. I would finally have all my stuff, especially my bed. I'm so sick of sharing a couch with Kol.

"How much stuff could one girl need?" Kol asked.

The movers finally had everything in and the living room was just all boxes.

"Okay love, you wanted a room, you are getting a room." Klaus stated.

"Do you think that's a good idea?" Kol asked.

"She will still sleep out here, but all this needs to go somewhere." He explained.

Man for a second I got excited thinking I might be able to sleep alone, but that wasn't the case.

"Well Marie, the first bedroom to the right of the stairs has no furniture start moving." Klaus instructed.

"Wait, you aren't going to make them do it?" I said gesturing to the humans who delivered my stuff.

"You were the one who said we treat humans badly love."

Of course the one time I say that it bites me in the ass.

I looked at Kol who returned the favor from earlier and stuck his tongue out 👅at me.

I started carrying the boxes up the spiral staircase 2 at a time. And after what felt like 10 years went by I had all the boxes in the room.

I walked back down the stairs for the billionth time and plopped on my bed.

"Tired just from that? How do you even begin to fight vampires?" Kol asked.

I just ignored him and continued looking up at the ceiling.

"So tomorrow's to do list is, Marie unload the boxes upstairs, then we have a road trip so prepare for that."

"Road trip?" I asked.

"Yes there is a werewolf pack over towards Seattle Washington. We are going there to make hybrids. And before you ask, Marie we will be home in time for your hair appointment."

"You mean I have to stay in a car for that long with you two?!" I clarified.

"Yup so you and Kol are going to need to learn to get along." Klaus said.

Me and Kol get along? He's funny. I didn't realize it but I started laughing.

"What's so funny?" Klaus asked.

"Me and Kol getting along?" I laughed.

"If it's going to be do much of an issue then you guys can spend tomorrow together. Kol will help you unpack the boxes and you both with help each other get ready."

"What?!" Kol and I said.

"And if that doesn't work then both of you are sitting in the back during the road trip." Klaus smiled.

Ugh getting along....with Kol? Is that even possible? I guess we will find out.
