Bonnie and I arrived at the grill a few minutes later. As I walked in I imagined how life would be in a small town. The kind where every one knows everyone. I don't know if I would like it or not, not that I would ever get the chance to find out.

"I was beginning to worry for a minute." Klaus said walking up to us.

"Klaus just about lost his mind." Kol stated.

"He hasn't already?" I said underneath my breath.

"Very funny love." Klaus said not amused.

"So what did you find out." Kol asked.

"I can't help you guys. The spell she has on her has only been used once then immediately destroyed." Bonnie stated.

"What are we going to do?" Kol asked.

"We need to contact the witch that did the spell. Find out all about it. And discover the loop hole." Kol stated.

I looked at Bonnie who had looked at me. I shook my head at her to tell her I didn't want them to know yet. I will have to tell them eventually, but not know.

"Thanks for the help Bonnie. We will be leaving now." Klaus said.

"Why didn't you run?" Kol asked as we all got back in the car.

The truth was I have no idea. I had all the opportunity. So why didn't I?

"I have no idea." I said truthfully.

I just know there was something in my gut telling me I should talk to Bonnie.

"Interesting.... the girl who doesn't care about anything, must care about something. Or else why not run?" Klaus said more thinking out loud to himself.

"What happened to my dad?"I asked.

"Ah... yes the father. Well your mom had many people on her bad side. Most of the vampire race. Your father was killed by a vampire just before you were born." He stated.
