Chapter 16

"Wow! This donut is really nice", said Killua with his mouth full. Gon chuckles to see such childish behavior shown by his best buddy.

"Killua, nobody eat donuts for breakfast you know. Well I'm not sure about your place but not in Whale Island" Gon laughs nervously to see the amount of donuts on Killua's plate.

"Nah, I don't care about that. These are just so yummy. Who can deny such a wonderful fluffy donuts?" Killua continue with his biting. Gon laugh again but this time quite short. He's suddenly stop and look at the outside of the window in front of them.

"Ne, Killua. There's not much of people around this town. Do you think we can get any of informative information here?" Gon ask Killua about the fact that he's been keeping in his mind since they were arrived yesterday.

Killua stop eating. He put down his chocolate ganache donut on the plate and lock his chin on the table with both of his hands. He's looking outside of the window too. "You realized that to huh? Yeah, I personally think this going to be tough. Plus if you see, there's not much of older citizen here. Most of them probably just around 25 – 35 years old only and they're look kind of ordinary for this kind of information. I don't think these people will give a damn about the book of Nen." Killua take his donut back and give a huge bite on it. "So that's mean that we have to work hard, Gon", again he talk with his mouth full.

Gon take a deep breath and then give Killua a big smile. "Yosh! I'm up to the challenge. Let's get going Killua", he pull Killua's hand and that makes Killua almost fall from his chair. "Hey wait Gon, we haven't pay for our food yet. Killua quickly turn back to their table and leave some money on the plate. Before he leave, he take another donut with him.

"That Gon, he really think I'm gonna leave my donut to waste like that? Of course not." He grins and leave the restaurant to meet Gon who is currently waiting for him outside.

They walk to the nearest fountain and sit on the bench to discuss on their plan. Gon wait patiently. He have to admit that he feel a bit thrill at the moment in order to start their investigation. Killua is still quiet.

"He probably have something good playing in his mind right now". Gon started to feel the excitement although Killua still haven't say anything about this plan.

Killua look at Gon. He look so serious. Gon eyes are shining. Too excited to hear the plan came out fron Killua's mouth. Killua take a deep breath as he started to talk. "Nah, I don't have any idea. Let's just investigate separately like how we did previously in Yorknew City". Gon's sweats drop.

"Okay we'll see each other again at this fountain after 3 hours. This town isn't so big so I think it's enough time". Gon nodded and both of them finally parted for a moment in order to get some information on the book of Nen.
