Chapter 26

It's already 6am and the sun have starting to rise. Gon is still patiently waiting at the lobby. He look at the outside. It is still snowy. His started to feel a little throb on his head. It is quite hard for him to adjust to this kind of weather since he's been living in the island since little. He never experience snow when he was in Whale Island until he left the island for the Hunter exam. That was the time when he started to learn about the world outside of Whale Island. The most precious learning process that he would never forget.

His thought suddenly snapped when he saw Killua's silhouette walk slowly under the snow towards the hotel. Killua waves at him and smile. Gon smile and run impatiently towards the hotel entrance.

"Where have you been?" Gon waves and smile at his best friend. The one that he care the most. His heart almost stop last night when he woke up without Killua beside him. He thought that boy decided to leave him alone again. He just couldn't imagine if that is really happening last night. He would definitely burst into tears. At the moment, he can breathe peacefully. Killua is in front of him right now.

"Gomen, Gon. I can't sleep last night so I decided to have some night walk", He explain while scratching the back of his head. "Oh come, Gon. Stop pouting. Come let's go have breakfast. I am starving." He walk towards the restaurant at the other side of the hotel lobby.

Gon nodded. "Hey, Killua. What book is that?" He pointed to the book that Killua is currently holding.

"Oh this book? This might help us throughout our journey to find the book of nen, Gon." He grins.

"Help us? How?"

"That we discuss later. Now what I know is that I need some pancakes. Hurry up, Gon or I'll get grumpy and started to bite your ears".

Gon chuckles and following Killua from behind. Both of them entering the restaurant to fill up their empty stomach.
