I walk through the doors of Anteiku and instantly notice that someone's missing.
"Where's Kaneki?" I ask.
Out of all the people in the room, no one answers. When I look at Touka, she turns away, obviously out of irritation and anger. Everyone else just seems sad.
"Where is he?!" I ask again but in a somewhat angry tone.
"He was taken...right from under us..." Touka says.
"Taken? By who? Who's responsible for taking him?"
"It was a violent ghoul group known as Aogiri Tree." Yoshimura answers.
"Tch... I shouldn't have allowed that to happen!" Touka hits the table in front of her.
"You all tried your best to prevent it from happening. We all know that." Yoshimura says.
"You all tried your best" doesn't exactly make the fact that he was taken any better. But... I know that complaining about it isn't going to help either...
"We have to do something." I say.
"We're coming up with a plan to get him back. It has to involve strategy. We can just rush in there without some sort of a plan."
"That makes sense Yoshimura. But what strategy do you suppose?" I ask.
After a while, the plan is finally ready to commence.
