Hestia: Virgin goddess of the hearth, home, and chastity
-------------------------------------------
Dan cursed to himself as he dropped another glass to the floor, grumbling to himself as he carefully picked up the jagged pieces of glass.
He'd been having accidents all day for no apparent reason. He'd dropped three glasses already, smacked his nose on the clear kitchen door he had, and somehow managed to stub his pinkie toe. It all seemed like there was some other force behind it all, but he didn't believe in any of that.
Even if it scared him shitless.
After disposing of the shards properly, Dan headed out of his dorm and marched onward to class. He had Phil's first, so that was a great pick-me-up for the start of the day, but he couldn't help but feel like someone was following him. He checked behind him. No one. Huh... He really was going insane.
Phil greeted his class with a smile as they all arrived, exchanging quiet hello's and other greetings.
However, when Dan walked inside, Phil stopped, his eyebrows furrowing together in concern.
Behind him, Phil could see, was a large, black demon, an eerie smile on its lips as it waved at Phil menacingly. Phil sent a small glare to it, knowing far too well it was Hades work.
Aphrodite was right. Hades was after Dan. "Dan, can I speak to you a moment?" He asked in a bit of a hurry, looking at the boy expectantly
With his throat dry, Dan nodded stiffly, following Phil out of the room and to where he remember Phil and his cousin having a conversation only just yesterday. What does he want to talk to me about? Dan wondered Oh no, what if I'm failing?! Calm down, it's only the second day, and you only learned about the immortal gods yesterday. Calm
"Sorry to just pull you aside like this, Dan, but have you been feeling... Well? All day?" Phil inquired, causing the younger boy to frown before timidly shaking his head
"N-No, sir. Things have been going terribly all day, and-" he cut himself off as the end of Phil's finger lit up like a Christmas tree, pressing it to a spot above his head. He stood, dumbfounded, as a loud cry came from where Phil had pressed his finger to, a figure eventually appearing before quickly dissolving to the ground.
"Demons. Boy, do they hate light"
