I sit at my desk, staring down at the paper. The letters themselves sent shivers down my spine Bagarreur Rouge Loup? That's who did this, and I really didn't want tot find out who. A knock on my door drew me away from the paper. When I realised the door was being opened, I quickly scramble to hide the paper. Mrs. Stevens comes in with a smile and little brother right beside her. I tried to smile the best I could, getting up from my chair to the door. My mind was completly blank as I followed Mrs. Stevens like a zombie. Would whoever that is come back? I bump into something hard, I whine and step back, covering my nose.

"Sowy," I say my words messed up and mumbled. Blinking the tears away, I look up slowly.

"Oh, Bella! You should watch were you're going!" Mason says laughing and patting y back.

"Mason!" I say surprised, taking my hand off my nose. "What are you doing here?"

"Groceries, her Highnass has ordered me to go get some snacks." I chuckle knowing who he's referring too. I look back over, seeing Shean shift on his feet.

"Oh right, Mason this is Shean," I gesture to Shean, the two stare right at each other. "And this is my....family. They wanted to see who I was with yesterday so." Mason nods in understanding, not breaking his eye contact with Shean, before holding out his hand.

"Mason," Mason says with power in his voice. Oh no, will Shean take that as a threat!?

"Shean," Shean replies shaking Mason's hand. I let out a sigh of relief, but didn't I just introduce them? Men. Mason walks over shaking Mr. and Mrs. Stevens hands, introducing himself to each of them. But for some reason, little brother didn't want to go anywhere near Mason. That was a small warning sign, he never goes near anyone bad. I glance at Mason worriedly as he tried to coax little brother out of hiding. But if Shean didn't attack Mason already, were his senses weakinging or is little brother just being shy..? I turn my attention to Shean. Now that I think about it, yesterday, he should've smelled something in my home right? He would've found the note and warned me. Is he onto this or not? I shake my head like a lunatic. No, no! Shean cares! He was probably just stressed or something.

"Bella?" Shea meets my eyes, taking a step forward. Mason looks too, with concern in his eyes. I gulp trying to hide my nervousness, taking an involuntary step back.

"What? Why are you staring at me?" Shean's face blanked.

"Well you looked troubled, I'm sorry for asking," Shean spoke softly, taking a step back. Mason stood, dusting the dirt off his knees.

"I should be taking my leave now. It was nice to meet all of you, Shean. I must be on my way, he highness is probably wondering where I went," Mason spoke before walking down the street towards town. Once Mason is far enough Shean starts to open his mouth. I start running the way Mason was heading, not wanting to hear what Shean smelled, even if there was nothing there. I didn't care, nor did I really want to know. If Mason was a werewolf, then I just befriended a werewolf, one that might want to kill me. I run into the forest, the branches cutting the skin on my legs and arms. I cover my face as I jump through a bush. Don't follow me...don't tell me what you smelled.

JACOB'S POV (Haven't heard from him in awhile ;D)

I wince, having to sit up for mom to peel of the bloody bandages. I look out the nearest window, letting out a short breath from the pain. It felt like my mom was putting a thousand needles into my side. Being here for two days has been slowly driving me insane, my wolf wanted to run, my body just wanted to move. I shifted while mom was putting on fresh bandages, she scolds me. Once mom leaves, I finally try to get some sleep. The night before, the pain kept me up. I could feel my skin pull together over the wound, which was not a good feeling. So dad tried giving me sleep pills, but it didn't help since my wolf dissolved the pills causing the effects to be reduced to nothing.
