"We need to get out of here! We need a plan!" Rosalinda said, pacing back and forth, realizing she had said that many times since coming on this trip.

"Who were those people that put us here?" Gina asked.

"I don't know, but I think they were following me, and they must have thought you were with me and put you in here too!" Betty told them.

"So, we've got two aliens and a wizard here, yet we can't get out!" Ellen stated frustratedly.

"Can't you magic us out of here, Betty?" Rosalinda suggested.

"You see, I only get five spells a day, and I've already used them all...." Betty said shamefully.

"How? What did you use magic on?!"

"Well, erm, these are my spells for today:

1. Turning my alarm clock off.

2. Making breakfast.

3. Turning the television on to watch Daybreak.

4. Getting dressed.

5. Teleporting to Sainsbury's.

I'm so sorry, but I didn't know that we would be held hostage in my local supermarket!" Betty exclaimed.

"Great! So we're stuck here! Well, stuck here until those thugs decide what to do with us."Rosalinda moaned.

"We've got to kick the door down or something!" Tadzi yelled at the top of his voice.

The quintet sat on the floor of the walk-in freezer and racked their brains trying to think of a way out. They thought of many things, some of which were absolutely useless. They could use a spoon to dig their way out, but Betty's spoon didn't quite do the job. They also thought about a secret passage, like a panel in the wall. So, quickly, they stood up and pushed every nook and cranny of the ice-cold room.

They couldn't find anything, and no secret passages appeared. The wall just wouldn't budge. They kept trying and trying and trying.

"If Harold were here, he would do something about this instead of just sitting here, crying!" Betty moaned annoyingly.

"Who's Harold?" Gina asked innocently.

"He's my HUSBAND!" Betty barked furiously, as if Gina had just asked a rude question.

"There must must MUST be another way out!" Ellen cried, tired and cold and missing her mum.

Meanwhile in the shop:

"We can't let them escape!" Ricky the thug declared.

"Molly, Martin, go and check the CCTV!"

"They have CCTV in the freezer room!?" Molly asked uncertainly.

"You'll be surprised what this place has!" Ricky told her.

"Oh, and keep a close eye on the girl, we need her alive. We need her for information. And there's something not quite right about the old woman, or the young couple. That strange girl with orange skin. But maybe we can let the other girl go, you know, the one with long, brown hair. Bring her to me now!"

Molly and Martin skipped along the aisles merrily as they anticipated seeing to their hostages. They stood in front of the freezer and laughed viciously. The door flung open, and the five faces flipped towards the direction of the door.

"Don't worry Molly, I'll hold them back! You get the girl." The big man blocked the hostages as Molly approached the girl.

"You girl, come here!" She commanded Rosalinda to follow her, and that's exactly what Rosalinda did.

"Bye guys." She said awkwardly to her friends, not really knowing what to say.

Martin threw the others hard on the floor and slammed the door shut.

They pushed Rosalinda down the aisle as they came to their master. He was staring quite hard at her, concentrating, trying to figure her out. But it was also an evil stare. Rosalinda was quite terrified.

"What is your name?" Ricky asked her.

"Katy." Rosalinda lied.

"Well then Katy, this is your lucky day. You get to go free, but if you tell anyone, your mum, the police, your dog, anyone and we will get you!"

Rosalinda gulped not so silently.

"Go straight home, and forget all about your friends. Now go!" Ricky shouted at her.

She ran outside, deliberately not obeying Ricky and ran to the back of the shop. She knew the inside of that shop like the back of her hand, and she knew exactly where the freezer was.

Rosalinda looked at the back of her hands. That's changed, she thought.

She picked up a hammer that was conveniently nearby on the ground and started hitting the wall. The bricks came off and fell to the leaf-filled pavement.

Suddenly, she saw her friends again and they all ran out and hugged her. The earth started shaking rather vigorously, and the the ground opened up and swallowed them all. The ground quickly closed up again. The gang started to panic, as it was completely pitch black and it smelled like wet dog. Screams and yells started to rise from the ground, which got louder and louder.

And then, silence.
